[Resolved] Kelvinator — Defrost problem | |||
Purchased kelvinator fridge one year back having defrost problem from the beginning due to which lot of ice accumulation in the fridger. Unfortunately lodged complaint just 5 days after completion of 1 year. The technician informed Thermostat is defective, needs replacement & it is chargeable as 1 year is lapsed. I felt cheated as the fridge is defective from the beginning but as now already 1 year is completed so company is levying charges for the Thermostat. How to waive the same as it us defective from the beginning. Was this information helpful? | |||
