Kelvinator — I an complaining about my kelvinator washing machine

I had launched a complaint to the customer care about my washing machine two months ago.However, the services are the worst.Service person visited 2-3 times and couldn't fix the problem and when i called him to tell me about the progress he didn't pic the call. I am very disappointed with the services of kelvinator and never going to buy any product from this brand.

I buy Kelvinator refrigerator 190lt KW203/2016. I Buy this refrigerator till 2016. It is compressor problem and it has 4+1 year warranty. Also, no one come in demo. Now how should contact customer service and how to repair it. Who should repair it and what our phone number.
