Sir, The office had purchased one refrigerator (Kelvinator ref model 170 liter) on 14/03/2016 from lp electronics (O) pvt. Ltd college square, cuttack odisha on 14/03/2018. I am sorry to inform you that, due to some mechanical problems the same has been (Refrigerator) fully damaged by burning as well as damage of office files and records also. Since last 3-4 days kelvinator refrigerator is not working, have tried on the telephone numbers given on the warranty card no. ([protected])but no response, compressor within warranty period.
