Hello, please let me know how to get a defective Kelvinator Refrigerator returned if it still under comprehensive warranty? I have purchased a Kelvinator refrigerator last December (2020) and it nowhere close to a working condition, and I have lodged these two complaints [protected], [protected] and they have done nothing on the complaints and just sent one person over and over again who came and adjusted the temperature regulator, the issue remained the same.
When my wife got in a call w/ somebody he misbehaved and buying more time. We have been advised to forget the issue and has been advised that the issue is seasonal. I did not see any Kelvinator engineer so far, all they have sent a local dealership guy. Details can be found below.
