We had made a purchase of AC in the month of MAY'23 and we had made a bad decision by choosing the Kelvinator brand.
In the 3 months this defected product make us suffered alot.
Now Again we are suffering with your product.
Now there is water leakage in the indoor unit.
For how many time we need to make request to you for this one single product which we had purchased from your company.
We came to know that we had made a bad decision by choosing your product.
Request you to kindly provide us the permanent resolution either requesting you to kindly replace this defected product or pickup your product and redund our hard earned money.
Request you to kindly provide us the resolution on urgent basis..
For your information... Pathetic services you people are offering to your customers.
