AKD dialysis my father starts dialysis kem hospital and every mint asking need watar but no one staff to help drink water my father now loos 2023 .
that condition I have proof staff related also other patient same issue and that time also same issue not help and carrying patient still date today 8 April 2023

( AKD dialysis unit staff is not good and totally irresponsible working all staff is not working properly, women staff, and men staff all are settling on chair and discuss entertainment jokes this is a not joke )

And every time come to the dialysis Ordered dialyzer and hand glucose other etc 2000 to 3000 a single day purchasing i don't no wrea is a stock?

Please take action and improve quality staff
