My father was operated in month of march and discharged on 20th of march. I paid a sum of rs 320000 on date of admission the bill was settled through tpa approval of rs 300000 and balance was deducted ou of funds already deposited. I wa refunded 264651 out od refund amount of rs 269651. However the tpa/ accounts department held up rs. 5000 citing reasons that the same would be refunded after 45 day on getting the amount from insurance company. I am not sure under what grounds the same is witheld. If the same is the case then hospital should stop taking cashless claims setlement. On talking to. Accounts department i was told that we have your signed document for the same. Please stop indulging in such practices. Kindly refund the amount today else i will be forced to take up the issue with consumer forum.

मैं शमशाद अली, मेरी पत्नी अलीशा खातून शमशाद अली मन्सूरी जो कि आपके के.ई.एम. अस्पताल में भर्ती हैं जिसका गुरूवार 2:39 a.m. को डिलेवरी हुआ लेकिन तभी से मेरी पत्नी दो चार पाई(Bed) पर दो महिलाओं के पैरों के नीचे जगह दिया गया हैं मतलब दो बेड पर तीन महिलाएं हैं तथा बार-बार आग्रह करने पर भी यहां के मैनेजमेंट एवं नर्स वहीं पर रखे हैं, यदि मेरी पत्नी एवं बच्चे को उन दो महिलाओं का पैर लगने पर कुछ भी नुकसान होता है, तो उसका जिम्मेदार कौन है?
कृपया मुझे बता दीजिए।
क्या मेरी पत्नी एवं मेरा नवजात शिशु दो महिलाओं के पैरों के नीचे ही आराम करे!
यह कहाँ की न्याय हैं!

Am a diabetic and am taking treatment from kem hospital for the past many years. Am a senior citizen and cant afford expensive diabetes medicines from outside. The doctor has prescirbed medicines for 01 month but the internal chemist is issuing medicines for only 15 days. Says another 15 days medicines should be purchased from outside.
I have been a housewife and now since am a senior citizen, do not have any income. It is very difficult for me to purchase the diabetes medicines from outside.
Moreover if the doctor has prescribed medicines for 01 month, why is the internal chemist not issuing the medicines for 01 month.
Please help.

Hello... This is regarding unnecessary delaying of the discharge procedure which i m going through right now
Also i would like to mention about the patients physical status that he is totally visually impaired i. E blind...
The patient was declared to be discharged by the senior dr. At around 9: 00 clock and all the formalities and the paperwork is absolutely done by the relatives by around 11: 30... The only thing is left is one of the team members of the dr. Has to fill in the discharge card and sign it... Bt it is
3: oo clock now n there is no response from the doctor nor the nurse or any other staff...
Once again i would remind u that the patient is totally blind.
I m not complaining becoz i have faced this inconvenience bt there hundreds and thousands who r being neglected on a daily basis
I hope my plight may reach the right authority and there is some action taken or atleast the scenario changes.

We all know that how the common patients are be treated at government hospital. Common patients and their relatives are not giving proper treated by the support staff also. When ever we visit to the hospital and stays in queue at any counter be it be to consult the doctor or check ups like xray or blood tests the local staff give preference to the bmc employees for first treatment. Even we the common patients waiting in queue for more than three hours. Bmc card holders comes and enters directly to the consulting doctors or any other facilities. Their should be common queue for all the patients. At least we can rectify this. A common patient feels very hearted.

I taken appointment of dr neelam vaid on thursday for ent. Dr available only on thursday and saturday for opd in kem. When my number came dr check the ear and said that go for audiometry test. She given prescription for audiometry test. She was signed the prescription. I gone through the audiometry test and come back with report. She check the report and said that everything is ok. Take these medicines. She signed and give it to me prescription. When i asked her you are dr neelam vaid? She told i am assistant. She is inside. I asked i want to meet her. She is not meet patients in kem opd. You want to meet her you take private appointment of her clinic that is in aundh. I asked then why you signed her stamp with your signature? I thought that your are dr neelam vaid

1. Assistant dr signing on dr neelam vaid stamp. (Attahced prescription for you ref)
2. Why she is not attending patient on her opd on saturday and thursday.
3. After requesting from us also she not attend us. She is busy inside on her mobile.

Dear management,

It's a very disgusting manner in which the patient mr d. L. Pansare who is admitted in hosp in medicine general ward.
Patient was been advised to remove the centre line by dr lobo. But once the centre line was removed the patient was left unattended in the cold ac room for almost 50 mins. After this the patient was directly shifted to icu as condition became critical and he had to be shifted on ventilator. Patient was saying that he was feeling uncomfortable due to cold temperature but no one attended and shifted out of room as there was no one to shift out. The sisters present there were in dispute that which section mama should shift the patient.
It is the result of this carelessness that we have to suffer on health as well as financial basis??
Who shall bare the expenses of this carelessness??

Do we pay the finance to k e m to listen this dispute, carelessness and unwanted attitude of sisters of nurses?
Is it this reputation of kem which is being praised for hospitality?
Moreover it's the stubborn nature of the sister that they have no fear of any complaint which customer does against them to management!!! Is it so??
Worst experience ever.. It's the nature of people around the patient which cures the patient more along with medicines!!

My father who was admitted in this hospital did not receive proper treatment in the ITS section and he passed away within one night post going through a surgery. He was in his senses when we visited him in the evening and that very night he passed away and nobody informed us. When we reached in the morning the doctor started shouting at us to save herself from getting blamed of the act. Knowing the fact that my father was weak hearted and above 73 years of age your doctors did not even wait to give him any treatment before operating him the very next day from his admission to the hospital. I know I will never get my father back the reason why I did not complain all this while but I am sure about he fact that it was the hospital which gave wrong medication and wrong treatment that my father went away. He was improving when we visited even the doctor present there said we will remove the artificial breathing aid or the ventilation the next day. Ideally it wasn't required as my father was very much in his senses and was trying to speak to us but couldn't because of the 2 fat pipes stuck down his throat he was suffering because of all that. You guys even ties his hands and feet stating that if was required to keep his hands away from the stitches and wound but imagine the amount of pain he was going through because of all this. Why couldn't your hospital people take care and give him personal attention so that his hands wouldn't go here and there despite the fact that he was kept in the ITU. I am also very sure that in the night he did not receive proper attention the reason why he passed away and when we saw him in the morning he was already gone and the doctors were trying to teach us that they are still trying to revive him. His eyes were already still and evident he wasn't there anymore and your doctors went on lying to us and after 30 minutes they said he is no more after making us sign in some documents to save their own backs. I will never recommend anybody to go to KEM pune though that won't affect your business of killing people and earning money out of them. My father's was killed and the treatment provided was wrong. He passed away in the night and the hospital guys gave the time as 7am. It has been a long time that I wanted to write about this hospital since my father passed away last year in the month of November but always thought it would be of no use. But I can always save another soul from getting treated in this hospital and thinking twice before getting going admitted if he or she reads this here.

I stoot for 4t minutes on gate no 2 adjacent to sbi atm the security on duty time 10 pm on 4 th may 2017 said no staff or any one allowed i also used gate 1 but sorry to say within 4t minutes the security on duty time allowed many staff and known to on hospital premises and also he called the security officer and threatened me please help as there was an issue

The patient is in critical condition, but doctor mr. arp of ladies ward no. 4a of kem hospital parel, is not attending since last 24 hours of admission. so kindly check and make appropriate decision. to make patient treated and make health. all the reports are done, but they dont have time to check or treat the patient, every time i enquiry they directly say that they are busy, come after sometime. they dont have any seriousness towards patient. its our request kindly action against then.

Horrible security system in KEM hospital, rasta Perth, pune...specially the security lady who was on duty outside the ICU ward, on the fifth floor on 16/9/2016(night shift)V incompetent & incapable in her work...she does not have the ettiquitess to speak to the attendees...Also she was v partial in sending attendants to meet their patients...v r very disappointed with this kind of treatment given to us & impolite behaviour...planning to shift the patient to a better hispital...as r frustrated with the rash attitude & improper system...

My brotheer had met withe a train accident on 13the May 2012 at about 1 am & thee case taken over to KEM hospital (via Cooper hospital) by police. We reached at about 2:05 at KEM, but thee treatment started at 7am in thee morning & thee patient was lying on thee stretcher in thee same condition up till dat time ( in thee name of first Aid an injection was given to him ), I had fight withe thee on duty doctor at abt 7am & after...

My father is admitted in KEM Hospital, Ward No. 29, Fever Ward on 06.07.2011, same night his file of case papers was misplaced by a doctor, after 1 hr it has been found. Now again 2=3 days ago his X-ray of chest is missing. How negligence these people are? also since 6th july the doctors are unable to diagnosis him, fever is still coming very often. Kindly look into this matter URGENTLY.I have lodged this complaint, however I know Doctor is always god.

My mother was suffering from pain in stomach and so she was been admitted to Dr.Vasa hospital Malad on 13.08.10 , but the doctor Vasa Satish didn't gave proper treatment and just kept her in hospital for 4days with just one pain relief medications - Already her Creatinin level was 1.2mg/dl byday 4(16.08.10) it reached to 6.6mg/dl but this doctor did'nt consulted any UROLOGIST and recommended us to go straigt to KEM HOSPITAL-PAREL we where unaware of KEM HOSPITAL (Avery THIRD CLASS HOSPITAL IN THE WORLD) and meet Dr.S.Patwardhan on 16.08.10 and on same day she was absent.we reached KEM HOSPITAL AT 1300 hours .Dr.Bhusan (urology department ) told us to go to EMS DEPARTMENT (Emergency Medical Services) unfortunately doctors working in it does'nt no the meaning of it and told us to serious ot test (like blood test , chest x-ray , Sonography ect.) where we had to pull our mother on wheel chair for blllod test in norht, x-ray chest in south , sonography in far east.at sonography lab just to give report doctors /attendents (all medical trainees) tooked 3hours at 2200hours and told us to Doctor Kiran (another UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR) at WARD NO: 4 and the pateint needs to be attended as HAEMOGLOBIN IS GONE LOW. We tooke my mother to WARD no: 4 and met Dr.Kiran , her behaviour was very rude in nature and told us "JAO BED PE SULA DO, HUM DEHK LENGE BAD MEIN".I just asked he Doctor my mothers HAEMOGLBIN IS VERY LOW IS IT ANY POSSIBILITY TO INCREASE BY BLLOD TRANSFUSSION - DR.Kiran replied "IN A MONTH OR TWO SHE IS GOIND DIE WHY YOU WANT TO DO THIS" I ask the MEDCAL INSTITUATION HOW DO THEY GIVE DEGREE TO SUCH DOCTORS with such type of attitude.I got angry on her and told her who are you to decide that , do your bestjob you can. on it Dr.KIRAN REPLIED "I AM NOT GOING TO ADMIT HER NOW IN MY WARD AND YOUR MOTHER WILL DIE IN 2DAYS , I WON'T GIVE ANY TREATMENT TO HER"
On that same time listening this i tooked my mother from that HELL - KEM HOSPITAL - PAREL and not brought to Nagpur where i am working and got admitted here where she is under going treatment under SAFE DOCTORS HANDS.
I ask to MEDICAL INSTITUTION & GOVERNMENT OF INDIA TO BAN SUCH DOCTORS AND HOSPITAL WHERE SUCH TYPE OF APPROACH IS THERE TOWARDS PATEIENT.THESE uncultured doctors are not GODS ,even they have taken birth from some mother. but such doctors doesn't no the value of mother. they just no to EARN MONEY and pateint for them is just object to study on it and experiment.

my complain is against non refund of fees by kem hospital for pgdhm course .I was told i have to pay 10000 as first instalment of fees ,i paid 20,000 in advance and got reciept of payment of fees , the institute didnt made me aware of refund rules nor took sign from me on any document saying the fees was non refundable under any condition , i attended the college just for two days ,didnt fill examination form too for university , due to certain problems i couldnt pursue the course futher , but college principal refused to refund the fees . Imsure there must be a provision of refund of fees under institute running under pune university .I guess under these circumstances 10% fees is deducted and rest is returned back which is stated in ordinance document of pune university.Im feeling cheated at my end ,its very disgraceful experience with such hospital haing good name and good faith of people . Plese help me sir.
