Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — Amount deducted from bank but shows payment failed

I have applied for latest KVS teacher recruitment for the post of PRT From their official website link. Form was filled, I clicked to pay my fee, which is now Hdfc mode, everything went OK, I entered my OTP password. Payment got deducted for 1500 rupees but then it showed payment failed. The page took me back to homepage. And payment isn't done yet. Last date for the form is 26 December. Not just me, there are thousands of other students too who are facing the same problem, because KVS payment services are faulty. Please help to resolve.
