I have paid class11 fees for commerce stream ie. Rs.5425 for two quarters(April-June and July-September) through paytm to kvs online fee portal on 12 August 2022. The amount is deducted from my bank account instantly but it is showing that the transaction is initiated but not confirmed.After all this I have paid my fees again through union bank directly as per the guidance by Kvs-Tughlakabad as they said the fees debited (by paytm) will be refunded back to me but nothing happened. Please help me to get my money back
