KV fees initiated but not completed

I've paid the KV fees through UBI fees collection portal and paid the fees through G-Pay on April 13 2024.My amount has been deducted and transferred to the KV sangathan account but on the KV fees portal it's showing the 'fees initiated but not completed'.Im not able to download the fees receipt and it's showing to make payment with late fees now.     not able registration 1st std, academic year 24-25

    My child birth date of birth[protected], as per registration for user birth date should be between 1st april 2016 to 2018, but while registration time got error Invalid input, no one any give support for this error and on line portal giving help desk no.     Regarding fee return

    Sir, Rs 2400 has been paid twice to my child's quarter 4 KV Latehar, once on 3.2.24 and second on 5.2.24. In the payment history the refund of 5.2.24 is showing on 13.2.24 but till now Rs 2400 has not come in my account. Please refund the fee....

    Hi,
    I am shivam bharti. I was submitting my school fees I am student of KV2 Delhi cantt in class 11A on 12 Jan 2024 08:31 PM. I logged in to UBI KV FEES PORTAL and went to do online payment.
    Then I paid the fees from upi. 3150 rupees was debited from my UPI account but the website reload and receipt was not generated and now it is showing "payment initiated but not completed"
    Please help me get my money back.

    School fees not credited in kendriya vidyalaya bank account.

    I hope this message finds you in a good situation. My daughter Punnya Mishra is in Kendriya vidyalaya IIIT jhalwa prayagraj. When we submitted the fees of 3rd quarter on 10th October 2023 with UPI transaction ID[protected] it was successful and money was debited but in kvs fees challan it was not showing that it is a successful transaction.     Refund money for wrong payment

    Fee Payment Issue || Kendriya Vidyalaya Student fee payment

    I had made a payment of Rs. 1800/- via UPI on 2nd July 2023, from my State Bank of India account and the amount is deducted from my bank account but is not reflected in the school's database or Student portal, and I need to ask for the refund of the payment or fee submission, few days back I got a notice from school stating I haven't had paid my dues.

    Irresponsible Principal - Gachibowli KV

    Class X - no teacher is assigned for the science subject till date.Students are preparing on their own and attending the exams. However, less attention is been paid by principal on such concerns.

    One of the exam is cancelled due to printer repair, this leads to demotivation of students effort....
