When we submitted the fees of 3rd quarter on 10th October 2023 with UPI transaction ID[protected] it was successful and money was debited but in kvs fees challan it was not showing that it is a successful transaction. After this we again submitted the fees later on 7th of November with late charges.

Teachers are not taking classes properly, sending class work over WhatsApp and asking them to write class work by looking at WhatsApp at home, instead of teaching during the class they are showing Mr Bean and other cartoons which are not relevant during the class. I have successfully paid the fees of kvs through Union Bank of India using debit card and the money got debited as well but when I checked out the payment history it showed that the payment has been initiated but not completed . The money hasn't refunded yet .

I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the deplorable conditions of the washrooms and the lack of adequate faculty at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2, Belagavi, Karnataka. My daughter, who recently took admission in class 11th, has reported that the girls' washroom is not clean, not properly maintained, and often not ready for use. There is no dedicated staff to clean or maintain it, no nearby water point, and the presence of water tanks inside the washroom is unhygienic and unacceptable. I can only imagine how poor the condition of the boys' washroom must be.

Furthermore, there is a significant shortage of faculty to teach core subjects. One teacher is handling 2-3 subjects, which is not conducive to quality education. Despite paying my daughter's fees regularly and knowing that the school receives government funds, it is disheartening to see such negligence in maintaining basic hygiene standards and providing adequate educational support.

I urge the concerned authorities to take immediate action to address these issues. The washrooms must be cleaned and maintained regularly, and there must be sufficient and hygienic water facilities. Additionally, the school should recruit adequate faculty to ensure that students receive proper instruction in all their subjects. This situation needs prompt attention to ensure a better and safer learning environment for all students.

I've paid the KV fees through UBI fees collection portal and paid the fees through G-Pay on April 13 2024.My amount has been deducted and transferred to the KV sangathan account but on the KV fees portal it's showing the 'fees initiated but not completed'.Im not able to download the fees receipt and it's showing to make payment with late fees now. I've also contacted the UBI customer care service and KV Sangathan complaint number and even have mailed my issue with transaction I'd and all the details.Still no reply I've received.The customer query contact is not working.

Please refund my amount so that I will make a new payment for the fees soon.

My child birth date of birth[protected], as per registration for user birth date should be between 1st april 2016 to 2018, but while registration time got error Invalid input, no one any give support for this error and on line portal giving help desk no. Ask to inform online portal. But no any mail id and customer care no showing on this wbsite for resolving this issue. 1 days gone but no one side here update regarding this glitch and issues of this portal. Expected resolve the concern before cross the registration fill the date.

My ward master anurag Mishra is studying in class 10th. he is 100% disability. before filling board form all disability supporting documents was submitted to school. but in admit card only deaf was mentioned, however as per policy extra time was given to disabled children ., Today exam conducting school was not given extra time to my ward. mai I request for needful action, because exam is on progress,
