Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — class teacher harassing minor student

Hi,
My son is in class 2 b in kv no4 delhi cantt. His class teacher miss mansi is extremely rude to students and beat them badly every now and then. This morning she twisted my sons ear so badly that it became swollen and deep red. This behaviour of hers is unacceptable and may become a threat to our wards.
Pls investigate and take proper action.
