Sub: Problems faced by parents and students in KV 2- HUBALI, Karnataka .

1. In this Vidyalaya the no. of regular teachers is less since long. Administration should look in to the matter & recruit permanent teachers at the earliest. Relieving the regular teachers sometimes in middle of the session / year without reliever badly affecting the Studies. Try to avoid intermittent transfers.

2. Provision of CCTV inside and outside premises is also needed.

3. While recruiting the contract teachers it is to be ensured that proper training imparted for contract teacher in teaching & enforcing discipline.

4. Avoid corporal punishment to primary as well as secondary students.

5. To arrest smoking in the school premises by some students, ambush check of school bags and toilets to be taken up in the school time. Councel the students once individually, if repeats next time along with parents.

6. Home work burden to be reduced & Chance of practice of computer may be given to all students.

7. In some classes strength of students is more than 50 students, they are clubbing sections together example (7A+7B Girls, 7C+7B boys.) Pl. avoid clubbing of sectins.

8. The maintenance and upkeep of the toilets is very bad. The stinking smell troubling students.

9. Earlier, empty place after the compound wall was used for 3 wheeler / 4 wheeler parking, the same was closed by iron fencing. Now, they are parking vehicles on the roadside causing traffic jam. It is very useful if fencing is removed along side of compound wall towards Gadag road.

10. Due to construction of Training School opposite to KV 2 heavy vehicles are going through KV Road. At least it is to be avoided at school opening and closing timings.
11. When any students is not feeling well, teacher informed over phone. When Parents reach School, than Security Guard gives a slip to take signature of class teacher than Principal . this is ok but problem is the sick student personally search class teacher in school to take signature than he search Principal in school to take signature. Its take so much time and sick child search to class teacher and principal for taking signature in out pass slip. It is like a punishment for student who is sick and searching class teacher and principal. Class teacher should co-ordinate with principal and should prepared out pass slip before reaching parents in school.

We, parents requesting you to kindly ensure the proper maintenance, upkeep & cleanliness of the toilets in the school so that healthy atmosphere will prevail.
