Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — Fees not received the concerned authority

Address:KVS Delhi Cantt No 1, Sadar Bazar

I have made a fee payment on Saturday (29 Mar 2023) for qtr 1 (April to June) for session 2023-24. payment has been deducted from my account and I made payment through Gpay. But still on online school portal the fee is not showing credited for qtr 1. also I not received the fee receipt for the same.

Please resolve the issue or return my money back.

Now when I try to pay school fees online the msg show that there is not pending any school fees. But the school authority has not received any amount. Copy of transaction I'd attached
