Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — Ignorant and non issuance of passing certificate

I am divya singh, I did my 10th in 2018 from kv sector 5 dwarka, new delhi 110075,

Father's name - Shailendra kumar Singh

My father is a senior citizen and he took around school 4 times till now but the staff present there is rude and irresponsive, I also mailed the issue to principal, in reply they said I would get intimated
We get intimation call today, my father went there and waited for 3 hours as per the present staff instructions but after time they gave him transfer certificate form instead of issuing passing certificate
Kindly redress my complain, My father is senior citizen and my home is far from school
