Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — Misbehave of contractual teacher in class with students

Sir I am parents of a student studying in class 10th KV Bellary. The contractual IT teacher of that class has beaten my child with an iron scale the edge of the iron scale had made a cut on my child's hand and it was bleeding because of not submitting IT portfolio for internals but this is not the correct way to handle with a student. Here another point is there that the IT teacher can't speak English properly for automatically he say auto may Takhli please don't appoint such teacher. I request KVs strict action about this problem.
