I have successfully paid the fees of kvs through Union Bank of India using debit card and the money got debited as well but when I checked out the payment history it showed that the payment has been initiated but not completed . The money hasn't refunded yet .
Kindly help me in the resolution of the problem so I can pay the fees and get the fee the recipt.

sir my doughter deepshikha class 3 in nausena baugh kv 2 visakhapatnam i doing payment on
18 oct 2021 time 17:49 but transection completed and RS 1815 debit from my account tr no WT[protected]
but not payment successful again next day on 19 oct 2021 time 07:21 show your fee payment due than again try for payment do successful payment RS 1820 with late fee tran no WSM[protected] PLS refund my amount in my account
