Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — Refund issue

Sir, I am Arif khan student of kV Amritsar, I am completely paid my fees through online, my amount is deducted from account and paid to kendriya vidyalaya sangathan at 10:14 pm in 14 January 2022 but online receipt is showing transaction failed. My amount is successfully debited from my account. I am paying through UPI, my upi ref no is[protected]. Plz check my problem and solve it ..as soon as possible.
Today is 16 January 2022 . I don't received my amount yet . Plz solve my problem
