Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — Refund of fee payment

I hope this message finds you in a good situation. My daughter Punnya Mishra is in Kendriya vidyalaya IIIT jhalwa prayagraj. When we submitted the fees of 3rd quarter on 10th October 2023 with UPI transaction ID[protected] it was successful and money was debited but in kvs fees challan it was not showing that it is a successful transaction. After this we again submitted the fees later on 7th of November with late charges.
I request you to refund the fees of my first transaction.
