Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan — Regarding class instruction not done properly

Dear sir,
I parents of class 2nd students, I visit 10-15 times in class room during school hrs..I surprised students was fighting each other, there is no seating plan, only one exercise given to them, all student headdown. Sir I request to Higher authority to check and monitor class room instruction judiciously, children are backbones for our society as well nation, provide good environment in classroom, setting faculty, washrooms, drinking water and monitoring and instructor evaluation is required time to time..
Pls look in this matter seriously .
