First I booked through booking.com . As soon as they got confirmation they offered me lower rate provided i cancel booking.com . I guess this way they are cheating portal. In the month of December I went to kolkata with family and stayed in Kenilworth hotel . While checking our due to oversight did not notice that they billed for beauty parlour services which were not used by us. Struggling to get this money back . Never stay in this hotel whose policy is to overcharge and cheat
