    Dear all, my sincere advise to most consumers is that please don’t get trapped into chis holidays packages showing very rosy picture, mesmerising presentations which is full of false promises/ concealed key informations, which are realised later, while utilising their holiday packages. Dont bind yourself, be free & enjoy your holidays as it comes to you & suits your current budget. Not happy & comfortable with their attitude, ambiguous approach & unfriendly terms i am ready to sell my holiday package of 10 years of free annual 6/7 night / day’s holidays at just 0.90 lakh (Purchased for rs. 1.40 lakh in july, 2018). Have availed one holiday at abroad & paid first year amc in advance. Any interest takers may please contact at mail [protected]@gmail.com. Fair & clean deal.
    Our college - Avinashilingam University, (in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu) did not give holiday on Krishna Jayanthi 23 (Aug) and even took attendance on Independence Day (15 Aug)

      Dear sir, CHIS strategy to woo the customers through presentation is a total trap laid with camouflaged, wrong, false & fraudulent claims which are realised later, when there is time for actual use of holidays. There attitude is highly evading, approach is negative & behaviour unwelcoming & arrogant.
      What is claimed & depicted during presentation is far beyond the truth & reality. There is a serious need to save people from this trap. The most people engaged in presentation are part time employees who apply mesmerising & hypnotising tactics to woo the customers by camouflaging the facilities & properties. They have no commitment towards the customers, as they get paid commissions without being confronted with any responsibilities later. There activities are total fraudulent, misstated & misconceived. They are making fool of the poor people with mischievous & misconstrued manner.

      Mr Rahul AroraSr. Manager, customer care Deptt. Of CHIS had confirmed over telephone that he would post his sincere apologies on behalf of CHIS for the kind of humility, difficulties & arrogance faced my the member in dealing with CHIS in booking holiday. The refund of excess amount claimed by CHIS on account of ASF is still awaited. He also assured to ensure dealing with members more humbly, gracefully & supportingly in future. Thereafter the complaint/ may be considered as resolved.

        I had really worst experience with Countrywide. The words I only heard is "terma amd conditions", "process", "procedure". 1. Exclusion period. Hill-stations are in exclusion in summer season and plain are excluded for winter. So it is punishment to go either rajasthan or Goa in month of May- June. 2. 3 options required for date. This will be confirmed only when we give more money. 3. highly complex system as if I choose 25th apr for shimla, but I cant choose may june as options as it is in exclusion, not july as can not select advance90 days. 4. Owner of countrywideholidays making very big money by having such a terms and conditions that you can not fulfill at any cost. 5. 30 day clearance is another issue. 6. I bought this from aura seven so very tricky game as no one is taking responsibility that why process did not tell before taking money.

            Hi, I am Rajeev from Hyderabad, a victim of Country club vacation. I am very much surprised to see that these guys are running their fraud business in India since very long but so far there is no action taken against them. There are thousands of people who lost their money here but due to some or other they lost their faith in the system and kept a perception in their minds that their money is gone forever. I am very hopeful that our efforts will make a difference and change this perception The company has their representatives at different malls or other public areas distributing the coupons for lucky draw. These representatives will only ask to fill in details and won’t introduce the company name. Here all that they need is name and contact details so they can get back to you. After 2-3 days, they will call the customer stating you have won the lucky draw and you need to come to their office with spouse at their office or wherever they say. If anybody go there with spouse and then they force to attend their presentation which is more than an hour long. When the couple reaches there, their representatives will be ready to attend the customer with warm Welcome. They will warn even threaten to not to leave the presentation half way and all the couples are told to switch off the cell phones? That in the presentation room, which is very small, they play a very loud music to disturb the couples mentally(Because they forced to sit there for long duration and bear them along with the loud music.). After taking the basic details of the couples arrived and their representative will start with very friendly tone and will extract most of the information about the couples and their family background, financial status etc. Thereafter they offer a package depending upon the size of your pocket and they explain all good things about their company and say that after paying this amount for membership from Rupees 75000 to 300000/- everything is free?. They explain a list of benefits which are offered free of cost. Next, they force to pay the amount quoted at the same point in time. There is no time given to rethink or for a market research. They discuss their tie up with various banks and will offer some discount. Until the payment, no agreement is showed and they will keep saying that everything discussed will be mentioned in the agreement and force to sign on blank agreement? In many cases at their office the agents, look like goons, taking the credit card or debit card by force from the proposed members and swap it for taking money? The cheating conspiracy begins after the purchase of membership that a lot of information missing or differently mentioned/not mentioned than the promised. The usual offers they are granting at the time of membership are as follows. If any young police officer with his wife in disguise approach this club for joining for Country Club membership, their entire cheating story can easily be unearthed. Credit card payment discount and its conversion into 18 EMI’s without any processing fee and interest. Free SPA services. Lifetime free club membership without annual charges or taxes. Stay at their club facilities is free. Members can use any of their 95+ owned facilities with no additional charges for stay. We have facilities available worldwide. Every weekend, we organize programs like Disco night, Gazal night etc. Free cab pickup from airport/Train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and railway station. Up to 40% discount on Air Fare. On the other end, the facts about their above products and services are totally different. Please find the below mentioned contradictory facts written in the agreement or not mentioned anywhere. No discount received. EMIs were also charged with 15% rate of interest. Actually there is no tie up with HDFC, SBI bank or any othe Bank. When inquired about SPA services at their customer care center, they mentioned charges will apply? Annual Maintenance charges INR 8500 excluding taxes applies and must be paid to avail club benefits? For stay at any country club resorts, when inquired over the phone, they said the charges as 3000 per night? As per the agreement, they have over 59 leased and/or own properties however, as per the latest list shared by their executive says only 44(including international locations) facilities. Moreover, it is not for free and charges to be paid per night basis. Outside India, they have their facilities only at Sri Lanka and Dubai however, at the time of purchase, Philippines, Malaysia, Paris, UK and US were also mentioned. The program schedule is not fixed and there are frequent cancellations. On their mobile app, they update the schedule of programs but when inquired over the phone they mentioned it is cancelled and being postponed since 2 weeks? Charge for the cab service is to be paid separately? No discount for Air fare offered? I have asked for refund on same day. They are saying it is not possible. We should all fight together for their illegal practices and cheating customers. People who are cheated like me contact at my mobile. We will fight together against them and get our money back.             Faced the same incident of such presentation then a heated argument at last for not disclosing price without a commitment to join from my end. I quit on time with high on my blood pressure :P
            Countrywide Holidays (CHPL) and Country Club are two different business identities. They have nothing to do with each other. Please don't mention Holidays word after Countrywide. Also, it's Country Club, not Countrywide. CHPL is in institutional sales only and doesn't deal with individuals.

              Really bad company, took 8000 in tie up with Aura seven but because of terms and conditions, could not go anywhere just because of conditions

                  Dining Plus - Holiday Voucher

                  This is with regard to the redeeming of a Holiday Voucher from Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd. thru Dining Plus. I had registered the Voucher in March 2012 for a 3day/2 nights Vacation. They had asked for 3 dates and I had given them - March 3rd, Sept 1st, Sept 29th as my preferred dates. They are yet to confirm any of these dates. Dont know what to do now as I am losing my money and I cant plan any other holiday with my family...

                  I have seen few complaints of Countrywide Holidays. My experience in availing the holiday voucher was great. I availed the holiday voucher at Ooty. I had to plan earlier, so I requested them to give confirmation atleast 25-30 days prior and they did it. Hotel in Ooty Sagar Resort was also great.

                    To submit the complaint against Countrywide Holidays is really a shocking to us. We have a four star level resort in Corbett in the name of Corbett Tiger Den Resort. Countrywide Holidays have huge volume of bookings and we know more than 50000 customers every year availing free holidays offer in all over India and outside India from Countrywide Holidays scheme.

                    We appreciate the way they work, they call to each & every customer after they avail the offer and take the feedback about the Hotel and the staff and continuously upgrading the services at the hotels. Our all team at the resort, treat like a special guest to all countrywide customers.

                    We know that Countrywide Holidays, black list the hotel after receiving three complaints in writing from the customers. After that they even don't bother about their huge investment in the hotels to buy bulk room nights.

                    We know two hotels against whom Countrywide has taken legal actions for not providing up to the mark services.

                    We suggest to all customers of Countrywide Holidays not to worry about the services they are providing. Just read the terms & conditions in the offer to avoid inconvenience. They are very genuine people, financially very strong and always tie-up with 3 star or more level hotel only. They buy bulk room nights in every hotel to provide better resort or hotel to the customers.

                    Still, you face any problem, we will suggest you to write directly to [protected]@countrywideholidays.com instead of publishing here and wait for one working day, this desk is handled by more than seven top management people and if they think that the customer is not happy because of call center people or booking department or logistics division or any hotel / resort, they take the matter very seriously and solve customer problem immediately.

                      We four friends purchase 4 mobiles from Mobile store only because of assured gift. We got family holiday package on this. We registered with Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd. & give preference destinations as 1) Mahableshwar 2) Goa 3) Matheran. At the time of registering system is not allowing the required dates although there is a off season in Goa as they mentioned in there offer detailes.So we enter dates which allows in the system so that we don't want to loose the offer & afterwards call them in Delhi (Ms. Sonia Rishi). But with very bad language she is telling that htis is automated software so that now if you want even six month later date then also we can't give you. Now in rainy season we are not going outisde from our house then how can we enjoy this offer in goa & also our childrens vacation will be over on those dates given by Countrywide.                         I was offered a gift voucher for the holidays and I had duly applied for it sending the letter on time. I haven't received the letter from them confirming my destination till date. From the phone number given to me by the party offering me gift voucher, I talked to Mr Jaiswal today and he told me that the bookings are for tomorrow in ooty. I am wondering how will I get the tickets booked for travelling at this point of time? Further on Mr Jaiswal told me that they don't have any mechanism to confirm whether courier was received by the concerned person or not and the onus is on me to confirm the hotel bookings!!! I am unhappy with the tone and the answers being given by Mr Jaiswal.. Certainly they need to teach their executives to speak properly...

                        The service provided by CountryWide Holidays is very POOR and you should consider twice before hiring them for providing gift vouchers otherwise you will see your customers disgruntled.

                        I was offered a gift voucher for the holidays . I haven't received the Reebok Travel bag plus 3D/2N holiday voucher until.Please look in the matter & send the gifts as early as possible..
                        This has happened to me as well. I have not received the Reebox travel bag and the holiday voucher. I wasted 100 Rs since country wide people asked for the cheque.

                          I've bought mobile phone from "The Mobile store" and got the holiday voucher. I've filled up the form and send the request form along with the draft for Rs.599/-. I've received an sms confirmation that my holidays has been confirmed and the details has been sent through email (with a Ref#). I never received an email. I had sent three emails to their customer care to know the status of the holiday and only an automated response was provided (promising a call back or response within 3 days).
                          When I contacted them through phone, all the time they have asked for the ref #, mobile number and said will get back. But never bothered to call back, ever.

                          Ignore the offer of gift worth Rs.5000/- from mobile store when you enquire, as mostly you will get only the holiday voucher which will cause a lot of frustration (at least).

                          i am in the similar boat. seems they are cheats . i submitted all requisite papers along with draft of Rs 500.00 but no confirmation was received.my ref id was 6236.gave up as a bad joke.

                            I had bought a phone from mobile store, and similar to samti, i got a scratch card which allowed me to pick 3 options. I sent the details they requested for after which they have not reverted. I have mailed them at least 4 times, of which once they mailed back with a vague response.

                            For all you people out there reading this, if at all you buy from Mobile store, please take up this matter... or rather buy it from some other shop. And have nothing to do with Countrywide please!

                            i got the mobile from mobile store iwant to that offer

                            Mobile Store — Booking not being provided as per desired location

                            This is reference to the Holiday Package of 2 Nights & 3 Days that i recevied on Buying the Mobile from "The Mobile Store".
                            The Holiday package was from Countrywide Holidays Pvt. Ltd. where they asked to give their Preference of the Stay with 3 alternate dates.
                            I picked the areas as per the following Sequence
                            1. Mahableshwar
                            2. Matheran
                            3. Goa for the Date Preference as
                            1st Check-in Date option...[protected]
                            2nd Check-in Date option...[protected]
                            3rd Check-in Date option...[protected]

                            They confirmed me the Goa as that was the cheapest destination among the three. When i contacted them they expalined me that the booking is not available in Mahableshwar and Matheran even though its Off Season.

                            I checked with the Hotel in Mahableshwar to which COuntry Holiday is providing the rooms and they confirmed me that they have the rooms availability for all the 3 required dates.

                            I would like to know inspite of the availability they are using unfair methods and not providing the service to the customers.
                            I agree with you. The above group are the cheaters. First of all they give us choice of three places so even if we dont want we have to write the names. The first prefrence is never available with them. Only the third preference which is least is available by this they are making money by deleting the gift which the customer gets. Sonia is very rude and does not know how to talk. On request also she says she cannot change the place.

                            I think we should bring the Co. in light by giving in newspaper so that people will not believe them. They are cheaters.

                            I am from the US and purchased a phone from the Mobile Store on-line and had nothing but problems contacting the person on the web site. Never returning emails or text messages regarding the phone I purchased.
                            Now if I don't get my phone and it isn't what I ordered I have to take this issue up with PayPal and that is a long process.
                            Has anyone ordered a phone from the Mobile Phone store on-line?
                            It seems M/s Countrywide Holidays don't have any ethics and just play fraud games with people buying branded items . We must widely condemn Countrywide Holidays and put them under legal cases.Such companies don't deserve to exist in our country and must be closed down immediately.
                            HOW DO YOU THINK PEOPLE CAN BOOK TICKETS IN SUCH A SHORT TIME . THE WHOLE THINK LOOKS LIKE A FRAUD .
