I have purchased Kenstar water purifier (RO+UV) from Flipkart which installation took 4 days but Flipkart promised next day installation after delivery and moreover the technician did not agree to check TDS level even after several phone calls (all calls recorded) from 12.07.2025 to 21.07.2025 (10 days continuesly) no one visited to check TDS till now so the Flipkart & Kenstar both should take responsibility to complete my TDS check process...

    I have purchased above Mixer Grinder model Maxxo Pro-KMMXP75W3S-DJS bearing serial No. L[protected] from RAJ LAKSHMI HOME APPLIANCES, MYSORE on 06.02.2021 with a warranty for motor 5 Years.

    On 05.01.2024 while plugging of he above mixer, we observed some sound and smoke, we stopped the mixer and enquired with other local service provider, as informed by them there may be issue with
    So, we raised service request on 8th Jan 24. wide request no. BAN[protected] but it was cancelled on 11.01.24 without attending the request. Again we raised request on 11.01.24 vide request No. BAN[protected] but it also not attended.

    Again we called customer care center on 23.01.24 and they called the Mysore service center person Raghavendra Ph; [protected] and register again complaint wide No.[protected]. But so for service engineer not turned up and also we called him many time but no response. We also called RAJ LAKSHMI HOME APPLIANCES, MYSORE ( ph. [protected]) informed the issue but them also no response.

    We request you to kindly take the matter and instruct the concerned to resolve the issue immediately other wise we don't have any option to raise complaint in consumer court.

        Kenststar is a fraud company. They have taken our dining table and Rs. 3000 for delivery in Bikaner. They said first it was sent to Assam now saying to pay extra money for delivery. They don't respond to calls.

        Now they are neither returning dining table nor delivering it to Bikaner.

          I have purchased the Mixer Grinder- MAXOO PRO-KMMXP75W3S-DJS from Raj Lakshmi Home Appliances Mysore on 06.02.2021 and i have warranty on Motor for 5 Years.
          During 4 days back (8.1.2024) when switched on the mixer there was a sound and smoke and i got enquired about the issue as advised by local service people they told there may be issue in the motor. I register a complaint on same day Service request no. [protected]. But non of them turned up.
          Today i have called the service center person (Raghavendra Ph. no. [protected]) and send warranty card and bill details though whats app. But i have received a message now my service request has been cancelled.

            I have been going through the worst experience regarding my complaint of geyser which I bought around 2.5 years ago.
            It had a tank leakage, on which I called your customer care, a technician visited the problem, and told me that in such cases, where the tank has leakage issues, got replaced free of cost(as per policy, 5 years guarantee on tank, confirmed with dealer who sold me the geyser, and again re-confirmed with your customer care). During technician visit, he asked me to give 450 INR as service charge, I called customer care they told me to give him 350 only as this is a standard service charge which I paid. I was ensured by customer care and the local service head that my geyser will be replaced free of cost within 15 days.
            I tracked with customer care and local service head again and again. Got no response. No one told me the right status. One day, I was told to talk to state head Mr Rajesh, I called him and he said that I need to pay 20% of geyser cost which is completely different from what I was told.
            I am still taking followups, sometimes they respond. Sometimes they don't, and the worst part, I still haven't received my geyser replacement.
            I am having all my domestic equipment from Kenstar and am facing this issue. I am highly disappointed.
            I would like to escalate this to your senior authorities.

            Awaiting your response. I would also like to read your policy based on which they are asking me to pay 20%.
            Kindly look into this and help your customer to get out of this trouble.

              I have had a Kenstar double cool DX air cooler for years, which I didn't use much. It is not working other than giving a mild humming sound which was repaired by Kenstar Technician after lodging the complaint at Customer Care.
              Its motor was changed completely and serviced a month and a half ago and billed for Rs. 2800.00, but again facing the same problem.
              Since I have the Kenstar Technician's mobile number who repaired last time, I informed them to address the issue. But, he didn't come telling me that he is assigned to some place around.
              At last I lodged another complaint in Customer care and I was informed that I will be receiving a call in 48hrs.
              But I received a call from a person from a mobile number [protected] after 4 days and asked about what the issue was. I explained that the Air cooler is not running. He cut the call all of a sudden without saying anything.
              I called him again and again and at last he spoke to me giving me another mobile number [protected].
              I called the given number and he said that the issue will be resolved shortly without giving me a specific date and hung up.
              After 2 days, since nobody came to address my issue I called the same number again and he spoke to me very rudely saying that the issue will be addressed in some days. I asked him to give me a specific date. He said that the technician will come to my place in 4 days and cut the call.
              He speaks as if he is the boss and speaks to customers like we are nothing.
              Please Kenstar, change the service contract from these bullying persons to some good person.
              Note: My house is situated with NH frontage and very close to the Railway station and Bus Stop. My building has Hdfc ATM and ICICI ATM and there is no problem in reaching my house.

              Please help me and take appropriate action against these bullying men.

                  I had bought cooler ! From Flipkart of kenstar at first they sended broken cooler we complaint and ask for new one that was good for 7 days as per the police after 7 days product can't be refund or exchange then we as for warranty omg horrible service of customer service worst behaviour of customer service unprofessional worst even the manager don't have any value of words he said my mom was call customer since 10 day they really had drama after 1 week of complaint they action and provided wrong moter which was in anti clock the manager said he will fix till Monday today is Wednesday no response and not receiving the call either worst the worst customer service paid lots of money to have a unwanted showpiece in my house

                      I purchased Above cooler.Recently I have given complaints 2times regarding burn of chipset pcb and technician changed 2 times on22nd March, 31st March Respectedly . But now on 2nd April the same problem repeated ..I'm not understanding that why it is happening, also pcb Cost they took first time 2150/- and 2nd time 1100/-. What kind of brand it is... Need proper solution with in the time I can not give single rupee now ... Minimum guarantee or warranty also not given by the company.. I felt very bad choosing this company.I found no wrong connections in my flat every thing is clear.

                              I registered a complaint on the 10th of November about the malfunctioning of my cooler's touchpad and swing (Ken star glam 35R). An executive by the name Abdul Rahim dropped by and took a look at what was wrong. Stating that the required part wasn't in stock at the time, he said that he will place an order for it but never actually reverted back to us. The executive closed my complaint without my knowledge. We registered a second complaint on the 20th, the executive finally gave me another call, said he will drop by again to fix my issue and requested if he could close down my complaint as it would hinder with his "authorised dealership"
                              And the complaint are being cancelled after 2 repetitive complaints

                                    I bought air cooler of Kenstar Comapany for my shop. The shopkeeper assured me that company resolves complains in 24h. The cooler started leaking in 7 days. As my product was in warranty I registered a complain. The executive came after 3 days instead of 24h and can't resolve the issue. I repeatedly complained in company as weather was so hot and even after several visits over the month the issue was not resolved and rather, it started throwing water when turned on and spoiled furniture and clothes that are sold on my shop costing me loss of 10000 rupees.

                                    I asked the the company to replace the cooler if they can't stop leaking and throwing water as the cooler was useless for me when I needed it most. Since then I haven't heard back from the company.

                                    I request you to take strict action against the company.
