Sir,

I purchased Kent Pearl water purifier machine on 16.01.2021 having Product Code 11002. However, the said machine is not working properly since day as the water stops coming from the pipe every now and then for which as many as 10 (ten) complaints have been registered till now. Each such time the technicians visit and suggest change in parts including filters, motor etc. and take monies with the assurance only to fail every time. Have already spent approximately Rs. 8, 000/- in addition to ordering 100's of gallons of mineral water from market. Meaning thereby I have already spent almost the same amount for which the machine was bought and that too within one year of its purchase. It is apparent that this is a well thought conspiracy to somehow extract monies from customers in the name of selling parts / AMCs by delivering faulty products. This is something which is least expected from a brand like KENT.

From the above, it is clear that the machine in question has manufacturing defects and the same has duly been acknowledged by all technicians also who have visited our place.

In view of what is stated herein above, it is requested that suitable action be taken against them and that my machine be replaced and additional money spent on it till now be refunded. Relevant documents pertaining to the complaint are enclosed herewith.

    On 23rd mar your technician visited for servicing when he install it that time he damaged tank backside along with screw holder. Now today I was come to know when it fallen suddenly from wall. Now it's water tank cracked.

      I bought through Amazon online, KENT Bread toaster Moadel 16030 on 7th February 2021. From day one, the toaster did not work as the pop up lever kept on coming up without getting locked when you press the lever down after the bread slices are placed. I complained to Mr Karthik local representative and on his instructions, I returned the toaster for repairs to their Chennai agent V R Lakshmi Agencies on 20th February 2021. Their receipt with Karthik's mobile number and toaster photo are attached. It's now 6 weeks and despite frequent reminders, neither the agent nor the rep Karthick has responded.

      Pleas help me get back my toaster properly repaired.

        Not sure why there is so much ignorance, as Kent being a reputed company still they are unable to get the problem resolved, I have got the faulty machine and it is not functioning properly, am afraid that your technician has been replaced my original parts from my machine or the products is duplicate.

        Whenever am raising the service requests the tickets are being closed by backend directly without am sharing the OTP...

        Pls note, I DIDN'T SHARE THE OTP FOR BELOW SERVICE REQUESTS STILL TICKETS ARE BEING CLOSED, CAN YOU PLEASE CHECK AND TAKE SOME NECESSARY ACTIONS.

        Am facing very serious concerns with the product purchased recently as subjected, Machine is not performing and stops functioning Every alternatively day... Am being very frustrated with this and am not happy with the services provided by local vendors and technicians...

        I would request you to kindly arrange someone to investigate and get this addressed or have the product replacement arranged.. the entire process and experience is really disappointed.

          I bought a KENT SMART MIXER GRINDER on December 21, 2020 (Product Code 16029). I have raised three complaints on the KENT APP about the PULSE button not working and the sound of the mixer grinder was also not smooth as others. The complaints were not attended at all and after 2-3 days, it will automatically gets cancelled. The reason provided would be that the customer has cancelled the complaint. This was going from the very beginning on December 23, 2020 itself.

          On March 12, 2021, the Area In-charge for Bangalore called me up to inform that he has newly taken charge of the Bangalore region and that from now there will not be any problem for me and that my issue with the product will be resolved in 2 business days. He requested me to sent my location map and the copy of my product purchase bill immediately. I sent the requested details immediately.
          There was no response from his side for a week. Whenever, I tried contacting him on mobile, he would not take the call and later inform that he was in a meeting and will resolve the matter soon.

          Meanwhile I have raised complaints with the Twitter handle of KENT and always used to get the same copy paste templates stating sorry and apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, the inconvenience has not been resolved even after 3 months of buying the product.

          The product has stopped working from last 2 weeks, but no body picks up the calls and the Twitter handle also has stopped responding.

          Please rectify the faults or replace the product itself as it has completely stopped working now.

            Dear sir/mam,

            This is to inform you that we have to inform that in July 2020 we have purchased RO so within 8 months motor got damaged which replaced. Today again filter not working we have placed complain[protected] person name manmohan said will come on Tuesday as per the system we said that tomorrow will be holi which will be very problematic for us thn we have received call said why you arrange technical meeting on Tuesday we said your technician said the same which is very wrong false comment.

            Again we have called other technical support he came said for filter need to pay1000 rs. Thn my husband talk to the senior said the same

            Sir /Mam, this is very bad experience we have purchased the RO of rs 17k again we have to pay as 1 year not yet complete.

            Pls look into the case I have 4 month child who is taking formula milk for me filter water is must kindly look

              The purchase date is 27 Feb 2020 and the installation date is 29 Feb 2020 in 220 Kalidas Road, Dehra Dun - 248001 .
              The free servicing has not been carried out . It seems that after sale servicing of Kent RO is poor .
              You are requested to take up the matter urgently to carry out servicing as required at the earliest .

                  Very unhappy with this product due to terrible maintenance costs. First purchased it in 2017 August and with a warranty of one year the troubles & fleecing began after one year. Atleast twice a year the repairing and replacing costing about Rs 5000/- per year minimum and presently they said the motor is spoilt and will cost about Rs. 7000/-. I already spent about 20, 000/- till date on maintenance.
                  This is to request to make expenses clear to all the potential buyers to enable them to make a learned decision. Regret buying a water filter that is manufacture only to cheat and exploit the people and make large profits in an unfair manner.

                    We are not happy with Kent RO authorized service center Anwesha enterprise sodepur. Technicians are not expertise enogh to handle their service jobs effifiently.

                    Requesting Kent management to assign other service center on priority....

                      I have changed all filters of Kent. after 15 days I noticed the Green Fungus on water Container. I cleaned that Fungus, This happened first time. Again it formed within 15 days. I tried reach customer care and informed them about this problem. But Customer care executive instead of listening to my problem, talked about extra service charges.

                      I am from Bangalore.

                          I have installed all parts in my RO filter such as PUMP, RO, SEDiment filter, UV, CCB etc in the month of June 2020 ... It all cost to me about 8000 rupees...PUMP cost was 3500 ..But PUMP is not working properly... Now customer executive are saying that i have to again install the new pump which ll cost to me about 3500 ... Now it's the month of march ... Service is poor and products are also not genuine... Please do something in this regard...

                                  Please dont go for Kent products. I bought a Kent water softener and it is lying useless now. The service is pathetic. They reschedule the service call as though i requested them. And they simply cancel the appointment without any reason. Will never buy a kent product in my life again.

                                  Mr. Prakash from Kent only advised me that instead of buying resin from Kent can go for resin in the market and that ther won't be much difference in the quality and that it would be cheaper for me as well. Mr. Prakash wanted to buy resin for me from outside market and get some commission in that purchase. Since I bought it myself he could not digest it and refusing to attend to any problem in the machine. Even after making repeated calls to customer support the call finally vida to Mr
                                  Prakash and he takes special care not to service my machine. Customer support wants to replace the resin from kent and then only they will service my machine. This is pathetic, isn't it. Why should i waste several thousands when I get it for much cheaper price.

                                    I have newly purchased KENT Pride Plus Mineral RO Water Purifier in Oct 2019, After one year 14th Oct 2020 i had replaced the full set of all filters and paid for around INR 4800+ (Case id[protected]. Now after 4 month i have been facing the same problem very quickly, Today[protected] Kent RO service engg checked the water filter and recommended me to replace all filters? again within 3months.

                                    This is a KENT RO product quality issue Or not replacing original water filters??? and every 3 month once I will need to replace all filters? and pay for near INR 5000?. So per year your water filters use a maintenance charge for INR 20000/- ???. The new machine cost is INR 16500/-..

                                    After my purchase Oct 2019 to Oct 2020 First one year only working okay. After one year replaced all old filters and fixed new filters, after 3 month facing problems. I think when the purchased new machine all filters are original and working for one year. After replacing old original filters, Maybe now replaced all filters are duplicate and of very bad quality products, Because i was faced with failure very quickly within 4 months. VERY BAD QUALITY PRODUCT.
