I paid Rs.84000 and they issued a letter on 11 dec2019 for refund from Jan 2020, I called the mylapore shop telephone number nobody pick. All other branches number disconnected. mr.sunil cherian pls pay back our amount.

I have paid 52000. They gave one letter that the money will be paid by instalment from jan 2020. No payment No information. They have our money and we are not getting the money back. But Mr. Sunil Cherian is trying to put off the fire created by media. First let him pay back all our money. Its all our hard earned money.

Iam David from Royapuram, I have kept my jewels in interest free scheme in KFJ, and after few years when I went to redeem my jewels the KFJ people told that they will give the jewels after few months, this made me worried and without beleiving them, I asked for my money which is in hold with KFJ, for that they dragged and gave me a post dated cheques, that cheques was also returned humpty number of times without insufficient funds, these people are cheaters and we have to stand unite and get the our hard earned money from them, any body please guide me to get back my money from that cheaters my number [protected].

Also you have been in this problem for more than a year but you didn't reveal to the customers and still few of them are paying through Online. How cheat you are. This complaint is regarding kfj bond of gold scheme. I paid rs.40000 and i have booked 20 grams of gold @ rs.1999/- on 25th august 2017 under this scheme and my maturity date is 25th august 2020 which is the locking period. Recently i came to know that all branches in chennai are closed already and only 1 branch which is mylapore branch was operational and that too there are no items in the shop. And yesterday's (7th december 2019) news i saw some big issues going on in kfj and they refuse make what is agreed or claimed by them in the bond. They neither pay as gold nor as money and they keep on extending the dates and the cheque are being returned in bank due to no money. I am from a middle class family where money is everything to us to survive our life and this is amount which i spent is was my saving for my baby girl. Please help me in getting this issue fixed and refund my above said amount. Hopefully when i get this amount back i will be very thankful to you and your serving team ever. Thanks!

Sir, Im Rajan and have purchased Bond of Gold 100gms at Annanagar, matured on 09.02.2019. I am continuously asked to wait for 3 months, , , , again 3 months.. like this 4 times..! now, ur mobile is not being attended and all shops are closed in chennai. please tell me ..how to contact you? my mob is [protected]

You made a commitment that Cheque will be issued. When and where will this be issued. People who have collected cheque says it is getting bounced?

Still did not get gold or money. i tried to reach your branch, no one responding.

If we ask you will start saying am not going to cheat I will pay the money bla bla bla. But no actions so far. How many got you refund so far?. Now all the shops are closed. No one is picking the phone call. Even You are not picking the call. There is no way to get our money back. Will you call everyone and give our money back? It will never be going to happen. Still, you are pretending that you are not a cheat.

My Wife has invested in Wedding Gold Plan for our daughter marriage purpose. Scheme: VATF6-18. We have paid 31 Installments with the sum of 1.86 lakh. Now nobody is either answering our calls or no shops are being opened. We could understand your situations but it is our hard earned money and we invested just with a hope o[censored]tilizing that money/Gold on inevitable purpose. So please return us our Money/Gold.

Based on your advises/guidance, I (V. Ramkumar) have chosen KFJ and invested Rs. 1 Lakh in "KFJ's Bond of Gold" for 50 Grams @ RS. 1999/- (The Registration No - OBOG1676, MYLAPORE BRANCH), and has got matured now on 04.08.2020.
Upon this maturity, have visited the Branch and came to know the news (that KFJ's all Branches closed) and tried to approach KFJ's all contacts over phone and found none of KFJ's Phone numbers are working.
However, I hereby request you not to treat this as a complaint, and just help me and my family by returning the money invested (at least) to my family needs and get rid of the mental agony.

I have also invested Rs 1 lac in 2013 whereby 50 grams of gold was to be returned to me in 2016 at the then market price. When I enquired in 2016, I was requested to extend the redemption by one more year and in return they will not charge any making charges for jewellery I will buy against this 50 gms, if I were to agree. I agreed for the same. Thereafter innumberable calls remain unanswered. Can I ask the owner to settle even this account please ?
