Dear Sujith Cherian / KFJ,
Considering that the shop is trustworthy with its establishment since 1973, I have invested in "KFJ's Bond of Gold" for 50 Grams @ RS. 1999/- (The Registration No - AN17BOG3, ANNA NAGAR BRANCH), which has matured now on[protected].
Upon maturity, there is no Branch existing and came to know from the news that KFJ's all Branches closed and couldn't connect to any of KFJ's branches over phone thereafter.
I humbly request you to return the money invested (at least) or in the form of appropriate Gold, as it is the blood sweated for many years to earn that amount.

See we have invested our money and still waiting patiently tat you may return it even after our bond matures..
As a human, we gave you enough time since u said u were in struggle for money..but u r blocking all the numbers and behaves irresponsible..?
Is that a way you cheat..?
Give us a proper response..
No need of any profit, atleast payback the principal amount what we have paid three yrs back..

We also booked gold for almost 4 lakhs and the maturity date is over. When we wanted to take the gold all the shops are closed. Kindly do make some arrangement to give us the booked gold weight or at least return the money. Looking forward for a positive reply..
We too have invested 1 lakh amount and received gold bond with maturity date as 5 Jan 2021. Today we have visited to the KFJ valasaravakkam and the shop is no more available. We dont know what to do. please give us any information by which we could contact these people or tell us some of similar saving customer who could get back the amount till date.

Based on your advises/guidance and television advertisement that too with the trustworthy person, I (V. Ramkumar) have chosen KFJ and invested Rs. 79960/- "KFJ's Bond of Gold" for 40 Grams @ RS. 1999/- (The Registration No - WBOG1708, MYLAPORE BRANCH), and has got matured now on 14.01.2021.
Upon this maturity, have visited the Branch and came to know the news (that KFJ's all Branches closed) and tried to approach KFJ's all contacts over phone and found none of KFJ's Phone numbers are working.
However, I hereby request you not to treat this as a complaint, and just help me and my family by returning the money invested (at least) to my family needs and get rid of the mental agony.

I want to make a complaint against kfj bond of gold scheme. my reg no is OBOG16439. I paid rs.16000 and i have booked 16 grams of gold @ rs.1999/- on 20th august 2017 under this scheme and my maturity date is 20th august 2020 which is the locking period. Recently i tried calling kfj and no response. I came to know that all branches in chennai are closed already. I am from a middle class family and saved this through my hard earned money for my sister marriage. Please help me in getting this issue fixed and refund my above said amount. Thanks!

It was not 16000Rs. Typo error. Bond was for 32000Rs

KFJ Gold Loan complaint
This complaint is regarding the KFJ bond of the gold scheme. I paid Rs.319840 and I have booked 160 grams of gold @ rs.1999/- under this scheme and my maturity date is 8th January 2021 which is the locking period. Recently I came to know that all branches in Chennai are closed already. Today only I came to know that some big issues going on in KFJ and they refuse to make what is agreed or claimed by them in the bond. They neither pay as gold nor as money and they keep on extending the dates and they were provided agreed letter to 5 instalment to settle the amount. still not settle (not return) the amount, continues delay, Please help me in getting this issue fixed and refund my above-said amount. Hopefully, when I get this amount back I will be very thankful to you. Thanks!

I have also invested Rs 1 lac in "KFJ's Bond of Gold" for 50 Grams @ RS. 1999/- (The Registration No - AN17BOG3-302, Anna Nagar Branch) in 2018 to mature in 2021. On maturity, I am not able to contact as all shops are closed and phones dead ("does not exist"). Request someone to please help/advice to what needs to be done to settle this issue.
