Do raise a complaint with Kerala cyber cell against them. They are very helpful. I got the refund of the order which was never delivered. The cyber cell was very pro active in following up. But, unfortunately the site is still not taken down. I think enough complaints against them can block these websites and frauds.

I purchased a gift basket for my mother on December 22nd which was supposed to be delivered same-day. This cost 3705 rupees (almost $50 USD). The basket was supposed to include a tin of cookies, a tin of cashews, and a tray of sweets (In my pictures you can see what they said they were going to deliver). I received an email that the package had been dutifully delivered the next day. However, it was not received until December 27th. I tried to contact the company to find out what the delay was prior to the delivery, but the call would never transfer to a real person, it would just hang up. The package that was delivered said that it was coming from Kolkata, NOT kerala. The package had a label on it that said RightFlorist.in and was very damaged. Inside the package the items were wrapped in dirty newspaper from Kolkata. There was a tray of sweets that had CLEARLY been opened before and half of the items were missing. There were loose cashews and raisins all over the package, most of them were ROTTEN. Some of the nuts were in a disgusting plastic bag that was half open. Nothing was edible. I was never able to speak to the company. COMPLETE CHEAT. I was able to cancel the payment with my credit card but still want to warn people DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.
