I Have Ordered a TRIPLE LAYER cake paying Rs 3100 and see what they have delivered, its just a single layer cake which you can buy and Any Local shop. The cake what they have delivered can be bought for Rs 400 .


These Guys are Not Stupids but a BUNCH OF JERKS, They Replied me (his is to inform you that the pictures on the website are indicative and the cake delivered was a substitute product of equivatent amount and it totally depends upon the availability of the local market.)

as if they cant differentiate a "TRIPLE LAYER CAKE" FROM A "SINGLE LAYER CAKE".

Had a similar bloody experience with these thugs. Don't risk yourself and pay them. They will not deliver the items you ordered. mostly they will deliver partial items.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.

I ordered a black forest cake and they won't even let me know the status.. it's always process and wen I called the customer care they talk as if they provide that gift from their home !!! Don't try their service i[censored] want to deliver on time.

Pathetic Service... Do not order with them. What is shown is not delivered... I ordered Wonder-of-Chocolate 2.2 Lb Truffle Cake and I got some local bakery cake with no writing in it...

I ordered a truffle cake and flowers for my parents anniversary.

Ended up getting a chain of Alpenliebe lolly pops and eclairs chocolates in a cake box. My parents called back the driver within 15 minutes and the driver said he had given the wrong box and will deliver the right one within 10 minutes.

He never came back and switched his phone off. Unfortunately for him my parents have his car number and his mobile number. The items are of less value but i think its time to take these guys out in Kerala. U cannot just keep on cheating innocent people off their hard earned money.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my friend for 11 march 2017. It cost Ra's 399. The charge was deducted. But no delivery. No one of their phone numbers are working. Please..Please .. don't order through this site anymore. They will cheat you. Nobody else should be cheated like this again

such a thieves. They are running a poor service sitting somewhere in the corner with no office most possibly. all cheaters and jerks to lure people with flashy and catchy pics on the site but no level of trust and wrong items delivered.

They should show some courtesy to inform customers if they cant deliver the product at least before evening so that we can make some other arrangements.

I too fell for this frauds. Its been 1 week since I placed order for "same day delivery", its not delivered. The customer care guy is telling the mobile numbers given for the delivery is not reachable, so they couldn't deliver and they are telling me to go and read their Terms and Conditions when I asked for refund ! I strongly suggest whoever faced issue with them, file a complaint with the cyber cell. When there are more complaints against them, they will look into it and catch there frauds !!

Guys, whoever faced the issue with these guys, I strongly suggest to file a case against them in cyber cell Kerala (please google for cyber cell contact number or mail id). I have mailed the cyber cell and got a response that they are looking into it. We have to stop these kind of online cheating, otherwise more people will fall for this and loose their hard earned money !

One of the fraud gift delivery website.I placed an order on 23rd January 2018.and they send me a mail it was an unsuccessful order. They deducted the amount from my bank account.when I connected with them to refund the amount they told me they attempted to deliver this item to another women named renuka.actually my recipient name is farzana.
