Both orders dated 29th Jan, for same day delivery was not delivered Day 1 or Day 2 by the funeral time. The team refuses to refund which is a shame.

I had placed an order from Canada for a friend through this website. I had ordered for sweets, greeting card, flowers and dry fruits. I had specifically mentioned the date of delivery during placing the order. But they sent it part by part which I ignored. Later, when the flowers and sweets arrived, it was completely a different item from what was shown in the website. The sweets were from a local bakery and was packed like filth. I tried talking to the company, but they said this is what they do. I would like to take this further since I have been cheated to the core. I had paid an amount of RS. 3374 and received items worth less than RS.1000. It has been a disgrace to send such gifts to a friend. I don't want anyone to be cheated this way and spend their hard earned money on such fraud companies.

This company has a registered address in Kochi, but is operated by a spurious team whose purpose is simply get orders and not deliver or at the most deliver poor quality goods. They operate using a website as https://www.keralaflowersgifts.com/

They are absolutely not reachable on the phones. Often the registered phone numbers (mobile) return a Bengali voicemail stating that the phones are switched off.

Please join together in making complaints: here is what you can do:

1) police complaints against this company - use online resources and make a complaint to Kerala Police
2) notify the government using relevant email list in https://sfio.nic.in/contactus
3) please use google reviews

I trust you will all do the needful and bring everyone’s attention to this issue, if you have been a victim of fraud by this company.

These guys are cheating??? I did order february 12th 2018, and it should me delivery by 13th february 2018, the item still not delivered and you guys send a mail to me it's all ready delivery the address, they are jocking with me... I'm very disappoint and very very bad service, i will never ever recoment they service, also poor customer service, they does'nt know how to deal with customers...

I placed an order for my mother's birthday gift on 25/7/2017 from www.keralaflowersgifts.com for same day delivery. Order id : hkfg[protected]. The gifts were chosen from same day delivery category and i had made sure the city for delivery "calicut" is listed under same day delivery city.

It's been 1 week since, the order is not delivered and the order status shows under process. After much difficulty, managed to contact the customer care who is giving lame excuses - first they told, the address is not valid. Then i asked if address is not valid why you didn't contact me. Then they told, sir, let me check, then they say the mobile number given were not reachable! I had given my mother's and my father's mobile number there. Still they never contacted me who placed the order if their mobile numbers were not reachable.

So, i asked them to refund the money. They are saying to read the "terms and conditions". They are saying it's not their fault that the mobile number was not reachable! This is day light robbery. This website is complete fraud. I've recorded the call i had with the customer care. I am planning to file a complaint with cyber cell for this. I would suggest whoever faced issue with these frauds, file a complaint in cyber cell and bring this website down so that someone else doesn't fall for these frauds.
