Kerala Private Bus — abusive language and behavior | |||
Sir/ma'am, i am a student of kendriya vidyalaya kadavanthara. I reside at vennala, palarivattom. I hire two private busses from my school to reach home. And also, i avail my right of student concession. Today (23.02.2019) i happened to hire the second bus from vyttila (Kl 57 e 7833) which was plying to edapally. After i paid 2 rupees, the conductor in the bus started abusing me with his words. He asked for my id and i gave it to him without any hesitation after which he made me get insulted in front of many people. I don't really know whether i have a voice.
