Sir,
My consumer number is[protected]. My bill amount is 1153/-. I tried to pay the bill through kseb quick pay, the amount deducted from the bank account but the payment was not processed and didnt get a receipt. It showed 'redirecting to kseb1' for 20 mins but was not redirected and it showed page error.
I checked the dues again and it still shows rs.1153/-. How will i get my payment cleared. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

    My consumer number is i tried to pay bill on online bank transcation on south indian bank app. But due to bad net work condition the transcation failed but debited the bill amount on account. The same time kseb online transcation shows failure status. So please clarify the amount goes to where or refund to my account? Please replay to my email [protected]@gmail.com thanks and regard.     I am Mohammed Jazir (Consumer number:[protected] A stay wire of kseb post has installed in front of my house which is very old. The stay wire consumes space and a bad look in front of my house which I feel bad. I need to remove it as soon as possible. Can you help me with this complaint??!

      Dear sir i am chester from kseb. Because the bill is so high. I will attach a photo of the bill. The position dladj above 9000 is not correct. We have paid every billeting now. We were not here about 7 moths. At that time they took above 1300. We are here from december. How this amount came they cannot explain from kseb. Please do the necessary action to solventerem problem

        online bill transaction status showing failed

        My consumer number is[protected]. I have paid my bill online through kseb web self service portal. The amount has been deducted from the bank account. But the portal is showing as transaction failed (See screen shot)
        Please note that the due date was on 24/12/2019.
        But i paid the amount on 25/12/2019.

        I, a consumer paid the bill online through debit card option against consumer number [protected] and money was debited from my bank account on 5th december 2019. But the thing is that the transaction status shown is "success" and a few hours later i got a message on my registered mobile number saying that the above mentioned transaction has failed.
        I request the authorities to take necessary action in this regard.

        Today[protected] i paid kseb bill amount 3750 thru federal bank payment gateway..and the money got deducted from the bank..and payment not recieved on kseb also bill not paid.
        Will it refund to my bank ? Or bill got paid soon?

          My name is vinaiya kumar. Without our permission, kseb had installed in front of property wall and the stay wire for the same was connected inside the property area.

          Now, our construction is going on, we cannot unload the materials inf-round of house, we don't have enough place.
          Kindly remove the stay wire from our plot.

          Please let us know the steps to be initiated in this complaint.

            I received the energy bill of the house I stay in. C#[protected]; today 28/10/2019 10:51:48AM.
            Bill#[protected] reads Bill date 23/10/2019, Prev Rd Dt 24/08/2019, Prs. Rd Dt 23/10/2019; Curr.10091, Prev. 9824, Cons 267, Avg 302.
            The discrepancy in the Bill date & billing date is a cause of concern to me of falling in to incorrect consumer slab.
            Please address this complaint.

              I went many times direct to kseb kozhinjampara and requested for tariff change from construction purpose to normal. And i submit the written request as well on around 1 year before and after site visit also they have not changed the tariff. And i used to followup many times. I do not understand whats their problem. Since i have completed all construction on my newly constructing home and due to personal things no one is staying in that home still.
              Kseb kozhinjampara staffs are so arrogant and misbehaving staffs. Its been 1 year i am following for the same and i am paying extra un necessary amount on bill for their own mistakes.
              I am hereby requesting to please followup and clear the issue and kindly make the arrangement of refund the extra amount which i paid from the date i submitted written request for tariff change.

                It is very frustrating that everyday from morning 9 am to evening 6 pm there is no power supply in unichira towards akg road. As a favour they will give full power supply on sundays and there will be no power cuts in edapally as the lulu mall is there in edapally. This is not an exaggerated thing it is the fact. They are doing this as routine. For the last six months they are doing the same. I don't even understand what is the fault they cannot even rectify even they are taking the power for 12 hours daily. Pity of you kseb thrikkakara thevakkal section.

                    payment failure amount not credited yet

                    My consumer number is[protected], recently payed my kseb bill through kseb quick pay option on 27/08/2019, the amount of 771/- from my bank account (South indian bank), the same time kseb online translation shows failure status.                     This is to hereby inform that the street lights are either not working or is not switched on in the night in the below mentioned areas. It is very difficult to walk in the night without the street light in these areas. Moreover as the street lights are not switched on, the footpath have become filthy with waste disposal. The following are the exact locations where the street lights are not working or is not switched on.

                    1. Trivandrum hotel ymca rd, beside, statue, junction.
                    2. Near central telephone exchange, statue, palayam

                      Sir, i have only 10 cents of land and living there since 30 years. Now kseb people installed a transformer and kv line near by my house. It's very dangerous for living here. My mother is staying alone. Its very dense area of houses.

                        Hi i'm a normal citizens of india. And trying to complaint the issue since last e days now.
                        I know kerala is under disaster again and i'm with my state at this time.

                        But. I'm at an area where the flood is not been effected badly and i'm not talking about this issue the very next day.

                        Every other home near to mine has electricity. From past 2 days.
                        When tried to complain to kseb chokli. They said and i coat.

                        "why are you calling us again. I told you we will come it's only one home of yours which does not have electricity so chill"

                        I'm not sure this is what i pay for.

                        Today when my wife called to check when the line men will come in. The same person said that they came to near our home and went back.

                        Not sure why they had come here then.

                        I am not sure this will reach to some one who will take any action against it or not but i believe that i have a right to ask and get a proper service.

                          We don't get enough voltage for our appliances.

                          We request you to please boost voltage using a transformer at a convenient location.

                          Please treat this as a genuine request and we suffer a lot.

                          We are planning to raise a legal case and would like to know about the procedure.

                          My brother is also staying in the locality and has been complaining for years. Most of the people staying in the area are poor and doesn't know how to raise a voice against the issue.

                            They are all theives sitting in the office. Payed the amount successively through their online portal, then after 2 weeks they came and asked for paying bills, we've already paid, then they said to pay from their office. Or their server may have severe problems, that is i've already paid, and all process from debit card number to otp completed, then showing message on my phone that the money have accepted... And they haven't got it.!
                            I really don't know what happened?. Now we have to pay the double amount.
                            Hell with these guys...

                              As I noticed this month electricity bill come very high as per previous month, I registered a complaint in Kseb portal and one guy called me and just took a follow up and till this day there is no action on this electricity line man came home and removed the fuse from main switch.

                              I don't know why this online portals exist. Just shut this down all this bull [censored] and now they are telling me to go to eleri city board and write down a written complaint.

                                On[protected], I tried to pay my KSEB bill through online mode as usual. Due to a bad connection, the transaction failed. But an amount of Rs 1951 was deducted from my bank account. The transaction Id was[protected] and the transaction status was displayed as ' Rechecked. After 2 days, on[protected], I again tried the online payment option and this transaction was successful. To get money lost on[protected], I registered a complaint at my bank. But I didn't get my money back and I was asked to register a complaint at kseb. So I registered a complaint on the KSEB Web Self Service page under the section of Billing related complaints (Excess billing ). Complaint Number: [protected]

                                  Please provided a electrical meter in my house i am complained to the sub division office of the kseb eddathala (Kzhakabalam) aluva, i complained the above mater near about four month ago there is no action about from the kseb. One line man came to my house he tell the services wire is fault so you will bring the wire and our team will come and change the meter and the services wire. But the will not come and not change till the date. Now the problems are created the voltage is down and bill of the month is high. So i am request to you please carried out the problem in purity base in the early.

                                  Power supply in Shoranur Aanatukulam route is being interpted now and then for many days. It is so irritating and inconvenient for the people here. Everyday 7-8 times the power is being interpted. Institutes working here are also highly affected by this. Please take needed action for this problem.

                                    Shoranur - ganeshgiri mechirath kunnu line supply is very unstable for weeks now. Power coming and going very frequently without no good reason. Within one hour power will come and go many times.
                                    As a consumer i tried all the ways to bring it to the attention of kseb.. Call.. Complaint registered.. Etc.. But still no solutions. They are simply saying something is causing mainline to trip we are looking.. Days gone still no resolution and they are not even taking it seriously. I dont know which door i should go to resolve this and atleast enjoy a stable connection. Please help

It has become a routine here that electricity goes off at night almost every day for atleast an hour after 11 pm. And when we try calling the KSEB Thrikkakkara west office, no one picks the call at all.
