On[protected], I tried to pay my KSEB bill through online mode as usual. Due to a bad connection, the transaction failed. But an amount of Rs 1951 was deducted from my bank account. The transaction Id was[protected] and the transaction status was displayed as ' Rechecked. After 2 days, on[protected], I again tried the online payment option and this transaction was successful. To get money lost on[protected], I registered a complaint at my bank. But I didn't get my money back and I was asked to register a complaint at kseb. So I registered a complaint on the KSEB Web Self Service page under the section of Billing related complaints (Excess billing ). Complaint Number: [protected]

    Please provided a electrical meter in my house i am complained to the sub division office of the kseb eddathala (Kzhakabalam) aluva, i complained the above mater near about four month ago there is no action about from the kseb. One line man came to my house he tell the services wire is fault so you will bring the wire and our team will come and change the meter and the services wire. But the will not come and not change till the date. Now the problems are created the voltage is down and bill of the month is high. So i am request to you please carried out the problem in purity base in the early.

    Power supply in Shoranur Aanatukulam route is being interpted now and then for many days. It is so irritating and inconvenient for the people here. Everyday 7-8 times the power is being interpted. Institutes working here are also highly affected by this. Please take needed action for this problem.

      Shoranur - ganeshgiri mechirath kunnu line supply is very unstable for weeks now. Power coming and going very frequently without no good reason. Within one hour power will come and go many times.
      As a consumer i tried all the ways to bring it to the attention of kseb.. Call.. Complaint registered.. Etc.. But still no solutions. They are simply saying something is causing mainline to trip we are looking.. Days gone still no resolution and they are not even taking it seriously. I dont know which door i should go to resolve this and atleast enjoy a stable connection. Please help

      I am from Vazhakkala, Kochi. This is regarding the irresponsible behaviour by KSEB staff here. It has become a routine here that electricity goes off at night almost every day for atleast an hour after 11 pm. And when we try calling the KSEB Thrikkakkara west office, no one picks the call at all.

        I am really very disappointed with this KSEB. In September 2018 we shifted in to Kerala, I don’t know about this type of problems before, the climate is very hot and even fan is not running properly due to low voltage. Very horrible condition of electricity. I wish reliance or Tata should come to Kerala and take electricity management.

          On behalf of them i would like to retriev your intrest in voltage variation (Persistant low voltage) at peak hours
          Even 3 phase users has similar complaint
          For the past 1 month
          We readily know the reason of high usage
          And current shortage but its so much diffiicult to cope up with this summer with ramzan on going

            The street lights in our area, friends avenue, kadavaram road and golden valley, vadookara, thrissur district (Pin 680007) are not working for the past one month. The residents of this area made several complaints, but the electricity board has not done any repair work. When complaints were made during day time they say that they have already repaired the street lights. When complaints are made at night they say that they will check it the next day. But so far they have not done the repair work. The street lights burn for a few minutes and then goes off. This is the routine for past one month. Please repair it as soon as possible as it is very dark at night in this area and there is street dog menace too.

              improper behaviour of the staff on phone call

              I have been registering a complaint at "adoor kseb office, pathanamthitta district, over phone, regarding power failure in the line to my home. The staff was asking for phone number. The number which i first gave was wrong and that person who i was talking with between 2.15 pm to 2.45 pm was behaving too rude on the mispelled phone number. He even hung the phone on without listening to the details.
              Very disappointing to see such arrogant...

              This is been so much a normal human can take they are so irresponsible to there work as we contact them why the current is been turned off the receiver of there phone is kept aside.. And if at all they speak.. They use bad language it's been to far for us to suffocate we have all the rights to know what is the present condition or the status of the power supply. But they behave that as if we are there slaves it's happening all the time no1 is bothering to look on the issue.. I humbly request all the officials to take necessary action against them.

                Humbly request you to please improve electricity supply on pullad, area which suffers horribly.. People are suffering due to frequent power failure and low voltage issues every day without fail.
                In addition, kseb officials donot pick up customer care numbers or keep it in busy tone to avoid calls.

                Please take necessary strict immediate action to redress my grievance.

                  electric post and stay wire without permission

                  My name is praseed. Without our permission, kseb had installed a post in front of property wall and the stay wire for the same was connected inside the property area.

                  Now, we are planning to construct a house in the plot and kseb personnel is not allowing us to remove the stay wire from our plot.

                  Kindly let us know the steps to be initiated in this complaint...

                  I am a resident of pavaratty, maruthayoor panchayath, 15 th ward, house numbers such as 34, 35, 35a we the residents are facing frequent power cuts without prior intimation since past six to eight months (Mid july 2018). Mostly we call up the nearby kseb office, they always have some excuse or they won’t pick pick up the call. And every time i ask as to when the power would be resumed they always answer that it cant be said & always noticed arrogance in their way of communication.
                  These power cuts occur during daytime (From 10 am to 5 pm) as well as night time. Its causing great inconvinience to all the residents especially during this hot weather conditions.
                  We have never delayed any single payments to the electricity board until now, so requesting a humanitarian consideration. Kindly look into the matter and pls take necessary actions.

                    Respected sir,
                    This complaint regarding low power supply at our village. Sir in my village last 2 years we are facing a very low power supply in feeder. My father is a farmer and he can't do any farming here because of low voltage he can't operate motor pumb for water supply same like my father here many farmers are facing same problem. While exam times most of the students facing same issue they can't study in night times because of low voltage the lights were not efficient for reading. We given several complaints to authority but still they giving negative answers to us. Sir we are humbly requesting please do anything otherwise my village become dark in future.

                      Iam staying in a village located in kasargod district named mutticheral. Sir, here we are staying more than 100 families and last 2 years we are facing voltage shortage in our village my father is a farmer and he can't do any farming here becouse of shortage of voltage here we can't operate any electronic items mainly motor pumb as a farmer with out motor pumb he can't do anything here same like my father many farmers staying and many students are here in night time they can't switch on the light also they were struggling to study in exam times. Many times we are given complains to authority but still negative response from their side. We are humbly requesting sir please do anything here otherwise my village become dark in future.

                          Kseb perinthalmanna region doesn't care about the power distribution anymore. I tried complaining their head office but no use. We are having issues with our transformer for years now. They only care when it comes to bills. Please do something about this or i'm going to court. Im a software developer i'm having all kinds of issues because of this.

                            The street light in and around choondy junction, a. M. Road, under town section of kseb aluva is at present scheduled as 6.20 pm to 5.50 am ie., before 40 minutes for sun rise. Due to this timings, hundreds of persons including senior citizens are unable to use the roads under darkness for their morning walk as well as the devotees going to churches and temples around choondy junction. Even after repeated requests, the concerned authorities are failed to correct the timings arranged through the automatic timer fixed at choondy junction, till now. I request that araangements may please be made to change the street light on and off timings as 6.30 pm to 6.30 am without immediate effect.

                              Sir, i am facing a very low voltage issue from the date of my connection establishment (3years). The issue is rectified as overload in distribution line and transformer implementation is pending for long time. I am not getting a proper communication from the a. E, atholi division. Please look in to the issue and do the needful. If there is no solution for this i have to go through consumer forum since i am suffering the issue for the last 3 years.                                 stay wire installed in front my house

                                Dear sir
                                My name is saleem., there is a kseb stay wire installed in front my house and inside the property wall and the stay wire for the same is connected inside the property area.

                                Now, we have constructed a new house and still not moved in to it, we will be moving to that house in two months time and we have small children, and stay wire is coming exactly in front of the main entrance of the house, after meeting...

                                One of the electrical posts in placid avenue, nadathara has no street light since 3 years. Despite complaining to kseb and others, no action has been taken till date.

                                Since the frame of the light is missing, kseb says its thrissur corporations job. The local councillor mr shashidharan gives different excuses each times. Sometimes he says there is no budget for it and sometimes he says the frame is not available.

                                Will someone look into this issue and solve it for us
