I am a consumer of Mannuthy division, consumer number being[protected]. I am working at State Bank of Travancore, , Thrissur. This time the bill obtained was like a fax copy. The letters are fading not easy to read. Day by day the letters are not able to read. It is very patheic, for troubling the complaint like this. We are paying fixed charge, Meter rent, etc above the actual consumption charge. Is there any right for the consumer to get a readable bill. regret to note that the rate of charge for the consumption and the services rendered by the KSEB is in inverse proportion. If possible make an alternative arrangement..

    Corroded steel electric post of kerala state electricity board at kadayilmudampu road, moonamoodu, vattiyoorkavu in dangerous condition. Post number vk/vv/117/11. Please replace the post immediately to avoid a big accident. The first complaint was registered on[protected]Id[protected]). Please note that the nearby three more posts are also damaged.

      I am a resident of HARITHAM, THIRUNALLUR PO, CHERTHALA, ALAPPUZHA DISTRICT, KERALA-688541 and having an electricity connection consumer number 11161 in the name of Gopalakrishnan Nair. Since two years the old type of electricity meter of my house is not working and I am depositing the electricity charges as they are charging the amount coming in his mind at the time of placing/writing bill by the meter reader. Due to which I have submitted a written complaint against this for new electronic meter to Asst Engineer Electricity sub division, Cherthala two years ago and frequently I requested to AE and other staff like Sub Engr, Billing section etc., personally while I was on leave as I am serving in defence service and now posted in Leh-Ladakh region which is about 13000 ft High Altitude but neither meter has been changed by them till date nor to fix a minimum charges ie. 200/- to 300/- pm. The meter reader does not complaint submitted to AE till date and he threatening to me or my relative to deposit the amount against electricity bill would be floated by this office, otherwise electricity connection be disconnected without any pre-information. I have so many times requested to replace the meter or give a minimum charge between Rs. 200/- to Rs. 300/- per month but they have told me that meter is now not available. Therefore, please take necessary action and instruct to them replace the meter immediately.

        My consumer number is[protected] and my bill no:[protected]. I had paid last month electricity bill by[protected] of rs 1315.00 through Online. In my home, my old mother is the only person staying right now. Today the KSEB employees came to my home and simply disconnected the connection by saying as we haven't paid the Bill!!!. After that while I enquired, i got the information as though I had paid the bill, I havn't paid the AnulACD and thats the reason to disconnect. If that is the case, while disconnecting they should tell that clearly, instead of saying as we didnt payed the bill.This is really humiliating . Without any notice they are disconnecting even not a humanian considerations

          My name is sanid and my consumer no.[protected]. There is no power supply in the night time between 10:00 to 6:00.The customer care is not effective.When I called the office they are not ready to check the problems.as per them they cannot do anything in the night.This is a continues issue and they cannot find the way to solve the issue for permenant.

          We cannot sleep in the night with my kids ans pregnant women.

            Stay wire was cut and service wire with power lying down on watery surface from 05/06/2016. when contacted puduppariyaram office, they asked to buy stay wire and contact again. when contacted again after buying stay wire, they told that they have got lot of other works to do and would be coming only after that. since live service wire is lying on watery surface, danger of getting shock. please do needful.

              Submitted all papers, paid the required money and inspection cleared by KSEB, ponkunnam for ownership change of consumer number[protected]. Three times promised that next bill will be with change in name. Nothing happens.

                I am working in Oman from 10 years with my family, so nobody is staying in my own house in Kerala and it is locked. Now I am facing an issue because of an electric pole fixed in front of my entrance gate without any prior notice. (Attached photographs for the reference)
                I check with Electricity board and they are explained that they changed Existing pole due to the new requirement of 11 KV line.Now they fixed new pole in front of my gate and previous post was approx. 1.5 meter apart from the new pole. Also explained to me that some trees will get disturb if they put the pole same as old location, and giving like that unjustified reasons.
                I believe somebody made this blunder mistake purposefully and asking money from me to resolve the issue.
                please take action to remove the new pole fixed in front of my gate as immediately

                  High Voltage came in the line and all the bulb and instruments damaged,
                  Mobile charger - 3 - 200 x 3 = 600
                  Wifi Modem - 1 - 1500
                  Bulb - 4 - 200x4 = 800
                  Inverter - 1 - 8000
                  Total - Rs.10, 900.00

                  Sir, on 26.6.2016 - 11.30 AM high voltage came in the line and suddenly all my above instruments damaged. Immediately I called KAEB office and informed about this matter. Power was put off immediately after this incident. But when the power was replaced in the night the same thing happened and some more bulb got damaged. I called Electric office again and informed about the abnormality of the power supply.

                    Dear sir,

                    This is to inform you that in my house vengeriyil, olavilam is under kseb chokli division, is not getting power supply from 21 06 2016 to till date. We try to contact with chokli electricity office many time, but phone is getting engage all time. Yesterday 22 06 2016 we got the line and complaint about this matter but till now they didn't rectify my house electrical problems. If we are delayed even one day to submit electricity bill then why you are giving penalty to us? This is your responsibility to take quick action as per costumer's complaint

                      With reference to above subject we have did several phone calls & 3 complains against the same but no action been take for more than 3 weeks. The post is on roadside and about to fall, we have used the rope and some stone to keep erect. But anything can happen at any time.                         Im submiting a complaint of kseb of thrissur, irinjalakuda. When the current is gone they will put the phone reciver out. So when we call them only saying "the bsnl subscriber you have called is on an another call. Please call again later". When we try after current is comed then is will ring. Iam complainting this issue. So please take further action.

                          Respected sir,

                          I am from muttom grama panchayat, thodupuzha, idukki. There is insufficient or improper current supply in our locality. It's not for a particular time or period by which we can work according to that but it goes off suddenly which makes us uncomfortable. During night, we feel insecure and there is a chance of robbery. Children can't study due to lack of power supply. Small shops owners are not able to run their business because they don't have generators. Ladies are afraid of going to the streets because the street lights doesn't work. The people aren't able to take even a good nap. I writing this on behalf of the entire society.
                          Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                            I am from Nallezhuthumukku, Chavara, Kollam. Residing near Minister Shibu Baby John's Office in Chavara. Here the power goes on and off for more than 30 time a day. Its like off the on after a few seconds then again off (continues three four times) then again in the evenings the same repeats.Looks like some one is playing with it. When we call the office sometimes they answer and say that they don't know the reason. It has been happening to be precise 4/6/2016 it was really bad. This issue is creating problems in our electronic systems like fridge, TV, Music System, Computer etc.

                                One slight blow of wind is enough for the supply failure, sometimes just goes off in the morning & then till late evening have to survive without supply. It is really a torture in this start of summer when mercury level is 35+. I'm new to this area, purchased a home & got relocated(abt 2 years now) Most of the residents say this is regular affair. Can someone look into this & do the needful?
                                Daytime my old parents(76 years plus) survive to certain extent with the support of inverter, I that too dies before supply is resumed...contact mob [protected].
                                Earlier resident of Sakthikulangara, where power failure do not go beyond one hr at the most, this home at Neendakara is a nightmare...

                                  This is to bring to your attention the pathetic power supply in my area. Power cuts are irregular and frequent without any reason. Power is cut for 5 mins to 1 hour anytime everyday. Sometimes it feels like they are playing with us by cutting power 20 times in an hour. Not to mention the voltage issue. This is in kurumpanadom area, changanaserri. Please look into this matter as it is very annoying and our daily work gets disrupted

                                    It`s been almost two weeks now we are having a problem with frequent power failure in Anachal town and surroundings, which makes our business down and damages our electronic items. People really struggling with it, So kindly do something as we are really not able to make our life easier. We tried to make complaints a couple of times and it does n`t work.

                                        We would like to bring to your notice that we are facing regular power supply issues and also facing low voltage during the night.
                                        This has been occurring for more than a year and we have informed and communicated the same to the AE and KSEB office staff at Sreekaryum. There was no written complaint against the same but consumer number was being noted.
                                        This letter is being addressed since the attitude and response of the AE and staff members of KSEB office is really bad and pathetic in this matter.
                                        I am not targeting any KSEB employee for the same. But kindly request you to solve the above issue on priority.
