I am a consumer of KSEB under section Poojapura ( CODE 4512 ), Consumer Number :[protected].
The subject is one of the street light provided near my house, it is not working since a long period.
Some authorized persons came here to day (29/02/2016 ) replaced or repaired it, but it"s present status is still not working Post Number PJ/EV 37/5. This street light helps in the dark to the people residing near by me . Hence above mentioned circumstances, kindly take further step for resolving this issue.

          Sir, my consumer number 14466. Meter boad is complainted before about 4 months.l complainted in kseb thazhekkode division.he lauphed and told that hear also the same complaint is penting two year...three year befoyre...meter is not in stock. I am paying very high bill all months.so please take the action immediately.

              Sir, I am KT Uthaman, Kunnini thekkethil, Chillakunnu, ThazhathuVadakara PO, Kottayam.(phone [protected]) The energy meter connected to consumer no.4198 ( KSEB Pathanadu Section Code-4684) is not working last one year because of that we are paying huge bills. I have reported and various followup in this regards no action has been taken so far.Kindly look onto the matter to replace the meter and adjust the excess bills which I have paid. Thanking You,

              day), 2 fans, 2 lights, 1 fridge, not use in regular- all equipments using 1-4 hrs in a day, but my bills amount is too excess, this month also my bill amount is 1862/-

                I paid the bill on 6 th nov. 2015, 10:02:24 am.But on 7 th nov.2015, 12.30 pm the kseb staff taken out the fuse when nobody was in the house, he said to the neighbours that they not paid the bill. on 2 o clock I called to kseb and they ask for consumer number. 4 o clock I give the consumer number. I called kseb engineer many times. at 7 o clock, two persons come and give connection to through., fuse is not given till today.

                  KSEB Consumer No:[protected], Kallai ( Code 6634), Post no T7-NH67/1, Dr Muhammed Kutty Road, Panniyankara, Calicut -3 The street lights on 2 adjacent posts on the tarred pocket road ( Dr Muhammed Kutty road) has been dead for nearly 6 months now and left unrepaired in spite of repeated followups. This is a very thickly populated residential area situated adjacent to the lower primary school, and the path is used by children, women and men pedestrians mostly, from early dawn to late night. The old iron post is heavily rusted and is advised replacement by the electricity board, probably due to which, the issue is being neglected. We, the residents of this area, request the most speedy resolution of this issue by the KSEB authorities.

                    We are using the electric meter since 2010, since then the electric bill charges are very high.Because of that we have given many applications in KSEB MANNAR, alappuzha regarding load current increasing and for the leakage of electricity.we have found that the charges are 3 times that of the original value with the help of a parallel meter and finally we digitalis the meter. during the period of 2010 to 2015.we have closed every bill since this month.we have given application to get the unnecessarily paid money to the MANNAR. But they are not responding right now.please take action against the office employees and do the needful giving a value to our complaint.

                    Very poor service. I have been calling them for last 6 hrs. As it is very urgent, I keep calling them. We lost our power supply from 4 am and there is no water for our usage. They always ask us the address and phn number and replied they are coming . But till now they not yet reached here.

                      Respected sir, i zachariah v.N (consumer no:8758) submitted a complaint to change my service wire on september first week at ranny south kseb. But till now they doesn't take any action for this. My service wire is broken for ten times and the condition of service wire is not good, so i kindly take necessary action for this . Yours sincearly

                        I have electricity connection vide consumer No.9506 under Rajapuram Office code-6702, The house is owned by me and the connection is on the name of Shri-C Aboobacker.Since May 2015 my self and family are not staying at above quoted consumer No.due to my Central Govt. Service at Ciochin.The residence is closed down and gate kept opened .The meter reader visited on 01 Jul 2015 and 03 Sept 2015.Both instance I was present and requested him to calculate minimum tariff as there is no energy consumption.The meter connected to my residence is fully serviceable .The bill No.694642dated 01 Jul 2015 and 713785 dated 03 Sep 2015 shows nil energy consumption and marked meter reading as S/F and charged 279/= .I have paid the bill dated 01 Jul 15. and kept the second bill pending. A/E may consider the amount paid on 11 Jul 2015 is excess the a I should be charged minimum tariff till further intimation from me. The present pending bill may be adjusted from the previously excess paid bill

                          Sir, I am working in India Meteorological Department, a Central Govt. Office (near Water Authority Supdt.Engineer's Office) and after my evening duty I can leave the office by 2100 hrs only. On the road leading to our office from Museum - Nandavanam road (the road starts from near the transformer and ends in Observatory compound) no street lights are working for the past few months. In this road snakes are seen frequently and also a parking place for private cars and also for miscreants. Hence I request you to kindly make arrangements for making the street lights in working condition at the earliest.                           I am a senior citizen and pensioner aged 69. I am with friends usually going for morning walk in and around Choondy junction AM Road, Aluva under Aluva Town Electrical Section. The street lights in and around Choondy junction is at present lighting at 6.20 pm evening to 5.50 am early morning. At present the day begins at 6.30 am. I understand that the switch on and switch off are controlling through an automatic timer installed at Choondy junction. The street lights offing at 5.50 am is badly affecting the hundreds of senior citizens going for morning walk through the village roads having the threat of snakes and stray digs. This was noticed before the electricity authorities so many times, but no steps have not been initiated so far. So, I request on my behalf and so many morning walking senior citizens that the automatic timer may please be adjusted as 6.30 pm to 6.30 am immediately or operate through manual system.                                 This is on behalf of residents of parimadam, New Mahe, pincode-673311. Dear sir, Its disheartening when we pick up the phone to call & register a complaint with your chokli office, they hardly pickup the call or mmost oof the tym keep the phone hung. When we are lucky that these guys attend the call, They give crap . 5 days back had a rainfall & power went offoff in the middle of d night & it never came again, not until this second . I was lucky that KSEB guys pickpicks my call after 2 hrs of trying & the reason wat they gave was a line is broken .. What is their job then ? What are the assistant engrs doing? How can they be so irresponsible when an area doesn't have a power supply for a straight 5th night?? I request the top officials to immediately investigate into this matter & pprprovide justice to the people of parimadam.

                                  I had complained earlier too. KSEB should be scrapped and made into a private sector ent. Complains against them are never addressed, why. Such a stupid worthless organisation should not exist.staff are uncommunicative, consumer is left wondering why he should pay the bill. I will be utilising my own power very soon, can never depend on this stupid and thrash organisation.

                                    This is to inform you, our kseb office station located in Pazhayannur, Thrissur, 680587, code-5719 land phone number [protected] sir this office at pazhayannur, never operate their telephone when power is off, if it's 1 hour, 12 hours, same, it's customers right to know what is wrong or when can our kseb section restore power, instead of helping the customers, they are neglicting customers right by disconnecting the land phone, it shows they are not responsible to answer the customers, no one make call to kseb office, unless any problems related with electricity so this is serious issue which is happening at pazhayannur substation, kindly take necessary steps to resolve the issue hope the authority will look into this issue and help the customers under kseb pazhayannur, Thanks,
                                    The above said problem is everywhere. I stay in Kureekkad, Gandhinagar Canal road Ernakulam. They always keep the receiver off the phone keeping it away from customer calling for assistance. This is neglecting the customer as well as laziness for doing their duty.                                       Residing Near LNCPE (LNCPE electrical line), karyavattom, trivandrum, kazhakkuttom section, section no: 4521), consumer #::19495. Recently (past 1-2 months) the voltage keeps on sharply fluctuating very frequently. This is harmful and will cause damage to the home electronic appliances which are costly. Called several times at KSEB kazahakuttom and lodged complaint very clearly. But there is no action to rectify the fault. Its continuing even now. Please do the needful as soon as possible to get this solved.

                                        Dear Madam/Sir Subject : Disconnection of Electricity Connection Without any intimation Ref: Consumer No-2159 Electrical Section : Teekoy Consumer Name: Joseph PJ Address: Puthenpurackel H Velathussery Po Teekoy Kottayam-686580 Mob:[protected] This is to inform you that I am using the above referred connection for the past 33 years. On 07/03/2015 2 persons from electrical section Teekoy removed the meter, service wire and dismantled the connection without any prior intimation to the concerned. The same was informed to me by the neighbours, As I am working and staying at Cochin. When I contacted the electrical section to enquire about this matter there was no proper response and I contacted customer care department. They informed the connection was disconnected due to outstanding dues of `103 only. For further details I was asked to contact the Electrical Superintendent and she told, the connection can be reconnected after clearing the dues and additional reconnection charges and other expenses. For final clearance on this case I was asked to contact the Assistant Engineer, but as of now I am unable to contact him due to various reasons. This matter has mentally disturbed and totally disappointed me and my family for this small dues and disconnection without any intimation. Also please note there was no power supply for the past 4 months due to damaged WOODEN post and I had telephonically raised a complaint to the electrical section in the area but there was no response from their side. I would request you to look into this matter and arrange for reconnection without any reconnection charges. Thanks & Regards Prince Jose [protected]
