Dear Sir Iam having an agricultural connection with KSEB Vellangallur and the current charges are remitted by KRISHI BHAVAN Vellangallur for last more than 13 years my Con No is.7984 and name my is A N Raghupathy Adikal Illam Now the Krishi Bhavan authorities are asking consumer card and last bill . In this connection i have contacted the KSEB but they adviced to make new agreement and plan sketch etc. please note that Iam not responsible for the non inclusion of my name in new computerised bill. So kindly do the needful immediately the last date for submission of consumer card with named bill is 30/11/2013 with thanks A N Raghupathy Adikal Illam Vellangallur 680662 MOB.No. [protected]

I have transferred Rs. 35 to Motor Vehicles Dept., Kerala on 2nd July 2013. Subsequently on 8 th July Rs. 220 and Rs. 300 were deducted by you (INB Avenues India Pvt. Ltd) from my account. This continues on 31 st July 2013 with a deduction of Rs. 220 and on 3 rd September by the same amount. I would like to return my money deducted unauthorisedly (rs. 960 = 220+300+220+220)and would request you to stop deducting form now. I live in Padamugal Kakanad, our electricity bills has just shot up due to spike in the meter reading which is unusual since we have been living here since two years. I went to the thrikkakara electricity office and lodged a official complaint and request the Assnt Electrical Engg to have it check and investigated for faulty meter and replacement if required. He reckons this test and investigation will happen only after a month and half or more. We are in modern age, why does it so long for a test and rectification, in the meanwhile he also mentioned that I should keep paying the bills that is twice the price of what we regular pay. Appreciate if these are taken seriously and corrective actions followed up. Can some help me understand how this system works or do I have to go with the flow and suffer.. Ashok

I am working abroad as per the requirement of a electricity bill with full address, for changing my permanent address in passport on renewal,

My wife approach to Electricity office Chavakkad , Thrissur Dt. to get an electricity bill with address. But my wife was said by the officers that they cannot issue the bill with address and as per them the Consumer number is important.

So, please advice me how can i get an electricity bill with address.

KSEB Sreekaryam Section asked me (living at Gandhipuram) to pay additional deposit during June to August 2012 saying that I had consumed more electricity during the summer months. March to May 2012. But actually I was not staying in my house during the said time and was paying only minimum charge. When I went and asked the section office, they didnt give me a satisfactory answer. Every year they are illegally charging additional deposits in the name of higher consumption. Please look into the corruption involved in this.

Dear sir,
The electric live electrical line passing through my compound dangerously close to my house .2 time it got fire when banana tree got contact with live line on monsoon season.I personally given complaints to the .exec.engineer as well as asst. engineer, sreekariyam electrical section and kazhakuttom electrical section (complaints dated 14/11/07,27/9/2010 and05/10/2012. many in between).still no action from authority and recently there was one more fire erupted from same line.now this is dangerous for human and please do needful.

Consumer No: 6045-3 KSEB Uloor (Code 4517). Am residing in the SCTIMST quarters flat no: B-3 and my electricity bill is 3 times that of the other flats in the same building with the same appliances in place. My electric meter needs to be chaecked. Over the past 1.5 yrs I think I have been paying double the bill as compared to other flats in the society. KSEB needs to inspect and if required replace the electric meter.

MY PLOT IS NOT A CORNER PLOT AND THE ROAD IS NOT WIDE ENOUGH ALSO AND I HAVE TO BUILD A SHOP THERE. Dear Sir,

I am a resident of Manathala,Chavakkad city of Thrissur District and I am a consumer of Kerala State electricity Board - Consumer No.3554,Electrical Manathala section.I have been irritated by this kerala electricity board cuting electricity every now and then. We are facing a very big electricity problem in this area. The problem is with only one line. People already given a mass petition to KSEB Manathala for resolving this issue. But still they didnt do any action The authorities acts as if they are blind.
Here our day time line voltage is less than 140 and evening time it is less than 80 , so due to that we are unable to use any type of electronic equipments. Also we are facing frequent power failure and voltage fluctuation.
I am a Home based job professional and i do work on my computer and as every now and then power is going my works are getting seriously affected.Why is this power coming and goin like this??I have changed my cmos battery 2 times because of this.Are we Public just dumb and deaf that we are getting tortured by electricity board like this??Are their no engineers at electricity board to solve this power problem??What are these executives doing there?In what area is the government investing our tax as we are still denied of proper electricity?We are not expecting government to do wonders, atleast provide basic necessities of life?I realy do think that my complaint is genuine as m paying tax on time.

Frequent power failure and voltage problem
Consumer number 5914, Location: Tholikuzhy, Under KSEB Kilimanoor.

We are facing a very big electricity problem in this area. People already given a mass petition to KSEB kilimanoor for resolving this issue. But still they didnt do any action. Here our day time line voltage is less than 140 and evening time it is less than 80 , so due to that we are unable to use any type of electronic equipments. Also we are facing frequent power failure and voltage fluctuation.

Till last 15 days i requested to attend service wire which is alarmingly come down .i repetedly informed the officlas in phone number 2220248 . According to their phone instruction i bought support cable so as to tie proerly. Not even a single time they attended my problem.The service wire is now lying over the dog canal and the situtation is under danger.we kindly request you to kindly do the needful as soon as possible .our consumer number is 16352 and we come under shornur munipality.

Dear sir,

I am a cosumer of KSEB Sreekandapuram circle with consumer number 31405. I got my connection which was supposed to be a 3 phase but till date the connection given is one only due to unknown reason. Since I got the connection from last 5 years I am paying the minimum charges for 3 phase. As I am an NRI staying with my family in Dubai I am unable to follow-up the issue with the concerned. When last time I was in Kerala I visited the KSEB office to report the issue and as told me I register my complaint in the complaint register. But till date no action has taken. Kindly help me. Get me some contacts of the concerned if possible.

My dwelling is in Chiyyaram, Thrissur and our KSEB office is in Koorkkencherry, Thrissur. Our main power supply cable support, to our house was broken few days before. we complained to our KSEB department persons two three times. Each and every time when we complained, they had their own silly excuses and refuse to clear the complaint. We are fearing to may cause a death due to this fault. Now, it almost one weak finished after we complained. we are waiting for their arrival. please do, a needful action from your side.

Dear Sir,

May I draw your kind attention to the frequent breakdowns of electricity in our locality and the great inconvenience it causes to the residents! We are more than five hundred families residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing instances of power failure for the last couple of months in our locality. It got electricity connections long back. It appears, however, that the engineer in -charge of the sub-station has not properly checked the installations and in-spite of the new wires and electric appliances used, there are failures of electricity several times in a day. Sometimes, the current is switched off for several hours in a stretch. There is no day available for the last 9 months which got 100% uninterrupted power supply. The companies working in this area are suffering a lot due to the regular power failure. Students suffer heavily and cannot study.
We have already given many complaints to our local authority. They are always giving us empty promises and doing nothing.

understand that one number transformer is going to install infront of my proposed residential plot near Muttukonam, mangalapuram elect division in thiruvananthapuram dist.[Mel thonnakkal village]. since I am working out of state this location is selected by the authority by the help of somebody by changing the preplanned and estimated location . this is without my knowledge or pre intimation. so do the needful to shift the location from my area to other open CORNER space available just 50 meter away.my one is not a corner spot and it is purely a rectangle shape and it will affect the road traffic as the road is not widen.

This is a electric post that can be used as railway gate - all you need is a gear that operates from cable that is holding this post vertical. Not only this is a heath hazard but very dangerous for driving. after repeated complaints KSEB thrissur is asking money i.e Rs9000 to change the location. The post is not permanently fixed at base as its just pushed into the rainwater drain. During windy monsoon we are worried that post may fall back to the private property or on somebody else. Most of the time vehicles get scratch on passing this post.

My name is P.R.Sreeraj.I am a resident of Vakathanam.I study in class 11.Our locality suffer from power failure every now and then.The problem has become unaffordable in all ways.The authorities are not blind about this issue but they do as so.They blame the setup of power supply here.We have no other option than to complaint the issue here.We anticipate a decision in favour of the consumers.
