unexplained higher electric bill

Non attending our complaint of our power supply to the house

Dearsir I am a consumer of kerala state electrcity staying in the changanacherry taluk vazhappally i am having a problem the electric supply failing 15 to 20 times a day when ever we complaint to the electricity office giving the explanation 11.kv problem we cannot do anything if they cannot do anything why they are sitting and paying for because of this i am having problem with my electric equipments .so look into this matter take action.br...
