Im a resident of Trivandrum City in Kerala,
Since the past 4 months one of the street light in my area is not functioning .

I had logged a complaint with KSEB in February 2022( compliaint no : [protected]), The issue has not been resolved till date . I had complained again on the 25th of April (Complaint Number : [protected]).No action has been taken till date. KSEB has never been so late in resolving complaints .

The street is totally dark during night and street light is very essential .

Please resolve the issue at the earliest

    Every day we are getting suffered due to power cutting without any prior intimation, And when we call to enquire the same to kseb, we are getting such a irresponsible replies from them like, wait for half an hour.

    We had to call them 2 / 3 times in a day and when ask for the speakers name, he is telling like come to kseb and ask their name. When I asked about this to the Sub engineer at same kseb. He is also telling like he does not know.

    Kindly confirm the court details to complaint against the same.

            Called up Chamkarakal KSEB to raise my concern as the power went off in our house last night at 1:30. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called them around 7 to tell them that my neighbourhood houses have power and this failure is effecting only our house. Staff initially said someone will be attending soon. I waited and until now at 9:50 noone has attended yet. I called again and they said its kerala and this happens on a normal basis when it rains. There is no need to call hundred times. Seriously is this how you acknowledge the concerns. What a pathetic service providers are they? Being an Australian citizen and coming here to visit my family i feel so ashamed that this is the condition of this nation. Forget about customer service, isn’t there a duty of care to the people? Should we be calling electricity minister for this issue as now the kseb cannot help?
            I can imagine why westerners always say about their bad experiences in india . I see myself now. We cannot even resolve a small issue.

              It's been more than 12 hrs without power supply. Just because only our line to the house is snapped off they r not ready to fix it. That wire was down the road we informed that as a precaution too for that they came and insulated the wire and went off. As it is troubling only our house they are ignoring without fixing it. We are paying electricity bill on time. If it for single person the govt need not take interest means what it serves for the public. Even when we call they are so harsh to reply. Very much disappointed.

                Second LDF Government in Kerala is the worsest government than UDF governments. Even the chief minister Pinarayi sir is not working as we expected seeing the first Governments performance. Very poor second ministry. KSEB and all other departments including police were fine and verymuch better in the First LDF Government led by Pinarayi sir. So people again voted and gave power to them. But now the ministry changed and all departments gone down worser than udf governments. Motor vehicle department, KSEB, Police department, Health department etc. became the worsest service in this second government. They are not even ready to hear people. Will not attend phone calls. Websites are not updated. Etc.

                  Bill not paid but amount got debited. No refund even after 6 days.

                  I have made online payment for bill on 21/04/2022, Thursday through KSEB website with upi method, the upi transaction is successful and the money got deducted from bank, but the bill payment was not successful. My account at KSEB website is not showing as bill is paid. I didn't get refund even after 5 days. No reply from KSEB when I tried to contact them. Please credit that amount back to my bank account or make the bill paid.

                    Two street light poles were provided by KSEB in Cheruvattikonam lane, Cheruvikkal near Alathara, Trivandrum. However both of them are not working and is causing very difficulty to pedestrians, ladies and children during night time as it is an isolated hilly area. Even after repeated complaints no effort has been made from the side of KSEB for rectifying the same.

                      Voltage is too low in our newly build house. below 150 v sometimes it never comes to 200 v anytime .on inquired got to know that few of neighbors also facing this issue . I have raised a complaint online [protected].No action yet.Its summer time and provided the heat in Kerala I can count the number of leaves in my fan even if set at max speed. Please do something about it .

                              Ever since i build my house and started staying here in 2009, all the residents of nearby area having less than 20 residents facing problem of interruptoon in power aupply..
                              Have been complaining regularly in response they say its because of the faulty feeder to which these lines are connected to, which is at railway station.
                              We did many written and verbal complaints personally as well as through our associations but as of now nothing happend.
                              Requesting to get itvrectified for once and for all for which we all shall be grateful.
