Ever since i build my house and started staying here in 2009, all the residents of nearby area having less than 20 residents facing problem of interruptoon in power aupply..
Have been complaining regularly in response they say its because of the faulty feeder to which these lines are connected to, which is at railway station.
We did many written and verbal complaints personally as well as through our associations but as of now nothing happend.
Requesting to get itvrectified for once and for all for which we all shall be grateful.

        My house is under Thaikkad sub-station near Guruvayur. We had at least 5 instances of 8 hour power cuts in the last two weeks. The excuse evrytime is HT Line Maintenence. We are finding it difficult to go about our daily lives because of these rampant power cuts.

          Address: Blathur

          I am registering complains from my area Blathur in Kannur District.
          Here frequent power failure happening which makes difficult to work from home . Even though the power restored quickly but the time taken to relogging and WIFI restoration times are high. Sometimes the power goes quickly and comes like 10 times in an hour.
          Sometimes we have to attend interview or calls and the power failure in middle causing it to interrupt and they never calling back.
          Please make necessary actions in this frequent power coming and going tendency as our work and career completely depending upon the power KSEB provided. Kindly understand and takes action.

            Dear sir/madam
            I paid my kseb bill through tech process payment on 04/Sept/2021, the amount is deducted from my bank account(HDFC) but it was no credited in my KSEB bill. Several times I complained in my bank now they told me that they need account number of KSEB. My consumer no is[protected]. how can I get my refund ?? Please take necessary action.

              Kindly explain the bill that I have now to pay for the month of October 2021 (payment due on November 2021).
              I had paid huge electricity bills for my house inspite of having a costly off-grid 3KV solar plant installed at my 3 bedroom house.
              My bills have now gone up to 15, 000 and now in this month to add insult to injury additional amount is shown as Exsystem CC. Please find attached my bill details.
              I now plead the electricity authorities to do the necessary to sent competent authorities to solve my issues (faulty metering) since I am currently jobless now (gulf returnee) and now facing huge electricity bills which I cannot afford.
              Please reply at the earliest.

                My consumer number[protected] recently paid my kseb bill through tech process payment on 18/10/2021, the online translation deduct amount from my bank account (hdfc bank) and the transaction shows successful but after few hours kseb send me a failure message
                So please clarify the amount goes to where or refund to my account

                  I've been experiencing undervoltage in the KSEB connection provided in my house. This has been happening for long time nowadays. During the night the voltage drops to around 190V and during the day it is around 200V. I am attaching relevant video and photos of the under voltage that is recorded in our meter with this complaint.

                      It's a genuine request from an ottapalam resident. Kindly make the power supply a strong pole for ottapalam. Even a slight rain goes out with power. This is not something any growing generation would like to have. If any kind authorities or government is reading this, please next time you appeal for a vote, kindly promise the state a good and effective rather a continuous power supply irrespective of any conditions!

                        My consumer id is[protected], the electricity bill that came on september 2021 is higher than usual. Normally we will recieve an amount between 700 to 500 rupees. But this time the bill amount is higher than usual Rs 2260. We haven't changed any appliances at our home. Everything is in proper condition. We enquired this issue with the nearest KSEB office. They are refusing to check the meter. So i kindly ask you to check the meter in our house as soon as possible

                            We are facing issue of low voltage in our house. It go as low as 170 volt...! Have physically went to Kangarapady office (Ernakulam) and submitted written complaint but no solution provided yet. Also raised online complaint on Aug. 2nd, 2021 but still no response.
                            Kindly support with solution as our electrical equipment's are getting spoiled, already changed stabilizer and lights due to this...

                                This is for your kind information that, as per the reference cited above, the pure misbehavior from the customer care executive, the person who should behave carm and quiet at his position, during his working time.But actually i have been faced a misbehavior from the customer care executive, which is not expected from the respected position from a such that institution. The problem started when the power supply failure in some area. Actually when the time that i contacted with the customer care there were no power supply in that whole area. But they misbehaved me to drop the call without any reason. Actually told me why should you contact so many times.But i have faced issues that some small child are in my family. They are unable to sleep anymore. When the power drop came before 9 hrs, i told about the same issue existed here.But purely he behaved me against the humanity. So kindly take necessary action against him because of this behavior. I believe in law and rule of the country.
