Hi I’m residing in Ravipuram, Alapatt road.There was no power from 4am today and was resumed by 5.30am.However noticed that there is low voltage.Kindly rectify immediately as I’m finding it difficult to manage my baby.

    Dear Sir,

    May I draw your kind attention to the frequent breakdowns of electricity in our locality and the great inconvenience it causes to the residents! We are more than five hundred families residing in our locality. We are facing a severe problem of growing instances of power failure for the last couple of months in our locality. It appears, however, that the engineer in -charge of the sub-station has not properly checked the installations and in-spite of the new wires and electric appliances used, there are failures of electricity several times in a day. Sometimes, the current is switched off for several hours in a stretch. There is no day available for the last 6 months which got 100% uninterrupted power supply. Employees working from home in this area are suffering a lot due to the regular power failure. Students suffer heavily and cannot study during this pandemic situation

      Transaction failed

      Dear sir/madam
      I paid my kseb bill through tech process payment (Bhim app )on 02/june/2020, the amount is deducted from my bank account(state bank of India ) but it was no credited in my KSEB bill. Several times I complained in my bank now they told me that they need account number of KSEB. My consumer no is[protected]. how can I get my refund ?? Please take necessary action.

        But the surcharge claimed is Rs 897.00..why so high?
        another figure RF? Rs. 100/- what for ?

        when similarly placed customer's bill does not find such escalation in the same building,
        Kindly look into it urgently. This written complaint is raised as none of my calls answered when tried to speak over phone itself

          My name is PraveenRaj C. Without our permission, kseb had installed stay wire in front of the property and the stay wire for the same was connected inside the property area.(post number pvm/ at 123/7)

          Now, our construction is going on, we cannot unload the materials inf-round of house, we don't have enough place.
          Kindly remove the stay wire from our plot.

              Sir, it's been over several month we have been facing sudden drops of voltage, it's so frequent that using my computer became a real challenge, even the my new led tv seems to go down with voltage drops even tho that's rare, but induction cooker, fridge, iron box seems to hugely effected by this, even the speeds of fan varies drastically and sleeping in this summer with fan of low speeds are troubling as well.

              We are under KSEB Kadachira Section.
              It's Malikaparambu Area.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, My name is Vaisak R I am living in HMT colony, palachude, under the Electrical Circle of Kalamaserry Electricity Board. Today in my area, some High Voltage problem has been occured under tha area of HMT colony, palachude Transformer. So many Electrical and Electronics appliances has been distructed due to the High Voltage Induction due to unknown reason. I am trying to submit a petition on the same. How can I claim for this regards? What is the procedure of giving petition against this? Whom should we submit the petition? Could we know the real reason of this incident? For that, whom should we contact? Kindly guide us...

                          Hi,
                          I live in Edavankattu Lane, Vikramapuram Hills (CooperativeCollege Road), Pattom. HOUSE NO. VH348.
                          The street light in this lane is not working since past 5months. We have requested for replacement & also raised complaint in the past after awaiting action. Recently neighbours have noticed unknown men bringing ladies & parking their car in the dark after 8pm. In the morning we see beer bottles with food/plastic waste dumped in this lane. This is a residential area & elderly neighborhood and is becoming unsafe especially without street light. Please take immediate action to replace the street light at earliest.

                                  I registered a complaint (No.[protected]) on 27/12/20 in the given format. It was about my meter, which according to your reader who came to take the reading in May 2020.was not working. He promised to report the matter to your concerned authorities here (Ponnani). This process repeated in his subsequent visits also. In between, I sent my messenger to your local office four times to report the matter. As nothing happened, I spoke to your Asst. Engineer and also wrote a letter to him in July 2020. Following the registered complaint referred to above, your linemen came the next day but finding that mine was 3-phase connection, they went back promising to come again the next day, but they didn't. My attempt to find the status through the given format.has failed. Hence this approach.

                                      Here there is no electricity.. while I called the section office they told me that there is maintenance work happening so there will be no electricity for the whole day.. my number has been already registered.. but they didn't sent a oem msg .. I am a php developer without electricity I couldn't operate my PC. If they sent a message I can do my work in another place..
