I booked a ticket from kozhikode to kollam, 24/11/2022 air deluxe bus, and the amount was deducted from bank through online payment but booking was failure
I would like to receive the refund at the earliest as I would like to book the tickets again for the same bus on the above-mentioned date. I am attaching the screenshots of the transaction and the KSRTC app status. Kindly do the needful.
