This incident happened on 9th April 2023. On this day I booked a ticket in Adoor Depot RPK949 to travel from Ernakulam to Kunnamkulam. The pick-up time was 6:20 pm, but the bus did not arrive on time. I contacted the bus representative several times to know when the bus will arrive, and he said it would take time and he also cut the call before I could ask him further details. Happened to travel in the white airbus deluxe bus from alappuzha to kayamkulam bw 3.45 pm and 5 pm. The three seater row faced the sun and all the passengers were burning in it. This is to bring to your notice that i had to travel a long 9 hours journey in a wrong seat allocated for me, which is quite disappointing for a frequent traveller who depends on ksrtc.
