I have paid through online kerala water bill on 04.08.2017 rs.1180 plus 10 rs.10 online charges. Total amount rs.1190. From my account the amount has been debited. There is no water suppy in the region of Veeyapuram Karichal area since last 10 days. what ever the reason it is a serious offence stopping Drinking water for 10 days. National Human right commission can file a case against this crime.
