My water meter reading was taken on 13th August 2021 and issued me the bill on spot. After 4 days I used to try for payment and regret to inform you that a message is coming stating that “Reading taken by meter reader is not posted in the account of consumer [protected]. Consumer has to wait 4 days after the reading has been taken. It is noticed that the bill issued on 13 th and today 26th already 13 days passed. So please look into this matter and do the needful. As I am a senior citizen it is not advisable to reach your office for cash payment. Hope you will resolve the issue at the earliest to make the facility to pay the bill online.
