Hello sir= (Regarding complaint of your driver (Mr. Shanu) Sir i m very sorry to say that i never recommend to anyone to book your cab from kerlatexi.com. Bcoz the driver which is provided by you to me on my kerla trip (Mr. Shanu ([protected]) has no any sense and he is not know how to talk withh his coustomers. His talking very very bad and absolutely very rude behaviour. Everytime when we tell him to stop the car to see the nature beauty and every time he will refuse our request. And i m definetly say that he is absolutely a duffer person who has no any sense. And please its your duty to tell to your duty all your terms and conditions. As per our aggrement you provide us a cab travling 150km. Per day and total 600 km.in total 4 days with a driver gaving duty from 8am. To 7pm. (Please go throug our last email) but mr shanu told us firstly he is on duty only upto 6pm not upto 7pm. And he is trvling only upto 500km.in 4 days trip. So it is totally a case of breach of contract. Its my suggestion to you please get out mr. Shanu from his job otherwise he will very harmfull for your business or goodwill.
