I bought a wall hung wc pan seat made of kerovit even the items was sold by dealer higher than mrp printed on the items, i have asked the dealer to check the product before handover, however fraud dealer assured that this is kerovit product and company does not allow to check deeply, fraud dealer gave a faulty product, by spending a thousand of rupees on installation later i came to know that product is leakage and there is manufactured defect, i contacted to seller they denied for any help, i register complaint in kerovit complaint kvthr[protected]. a reps from kerovit came and check the product deeply and declared the leakage is a manufactured defect, i request him to replace but he denied also he said to have to take faulty product to dealer for recheck if dealer agree you have to collect the product from there after 15-30 days which is totally fraudulent activities running by kerovit bunch of robber, kerovit kajaria is the biggest fraud lootery company in this segment, i had spend lots of money in product transportation installation and again uninstallation on kerovit reps demand, now kerovit fraud dealer denning for replacement and refund . this dealer mostly selled defective damage product on higher than on mrp because kerovit making a bunch of robbers to looted hard earned money of common person, a very strict action will taken against such culprit, also as the product requirement is acute immediate and kerovit dealer only selling defective product, immediately refund required to fill the requirements
