Keruas — Wrong Product Delivered - KRS[protected]

I had placed an order for two products on 7-Mar-2022 but i received both incorrect products.

when i sent mail to exchange correct product they ask me to courier the wrong product and i have to borrow that courier charges which is not good.

i am taking follow-up continuously with Keruas team but not getting any proper response on my query for wrong product and courier charges.
