We totally received different product

We need to send back this because we received wrong part other than booked .

Please advise immediately...

I had ordered for a cotton dress..it was looking amazing on the website. I had also made the payment .
They have delivered a cheap saree.
And their website is now been shown as an unsecured website and hence its not advisable to browse the site.
These kind of fake sellers should be totally banned. They are fooling around and taking advantage of the time constraint which each working women faces and hence resorts to these...

Ordered dresses worth 1348 rupees yesterday at keruas.com. I did not get any message or mail. Customer care number provided is all not picking call. It's a Fraud app operated by fraud people. Kindly ban such apps....

I had placed an order for two products on 7-Mar-2022 but i received both incorrect products.

when i sent mail to exchange correct product they ask me to courier the wrong...

Company has sent me saree instead of salwar suit .. they have cheated many people. They are not responding to our calls. The product sent cost is much less than what I have paid....

I orders dress for Rs. 1398 on the website and they deliver the wrong product . same day i mail them about the goofup with picture but they haven't responded to my emails. Only 1 respond came which was the deliver tracking mail of the wrong product.
i have tried to call on the number mentioned on the website several time but no one picks up.

they are big time cheats.

I have ordered a product from keruas on 26 th january and payment also done. But there was no message or email about it after the payment. Also i cant login to my account after it. The consumer care number in their site is also switched off Kindly take the measures to get back my money....

Order a kurti for 599 on dec 31, 2021. I didn't even receive any order details via message or mail . But amount got debited via simpl pay . I need the money refunded. It's a fake website I thing. The website www.keruas.com is a cheating site where they deliver wrong products and does not pick up the call when we call the customer care number. It is always switched off or busy. They are purposefully doing this. Also, the website also does not provide the contact address details about the company. Also, the company's reviews are 5 stars rated, which are also fake. None of the products contains a star rating which is at least a 4-star...

I ordered 1 suit worth 699 Rs. On 26th November from Keruas.com. I have not received any order confirmation from them. I have tried calling them but no response.
