Kesari Pan Bhandar — Too much enchrochment

This is not a shop but a small vendor sitting on my l type shaped building has enchroched to such an extend that traffic gets blocked not even this people find it difficult 2 walk on road... Also my shop gets disturbed due to too much of display of kurtis by the vendor, my shop is not properly visible for customers. Delhi police can handle this but doesnt take action because of obvious reasons. Enchrochment should be done to a limit also this vendor is sitting on a sewage which is considered to be a goverment property. This should be stopped immediately!
