Kesari Tours — Not returning tour Money

I book a tour for my family for Dubai Abudhabi Ferrari park ( D1281014 ) from Kesari tours pvt. Ltd. By depositing 249503/-Rs. . Deposit passport for VISA and deposited 50222/- Rs. For 2850 Dirhams Which will i get on airport before departure. When I reach the airport I get the passport and air tickets but not get the Dirhams. The passport of my wife and had a VISA but my VISA was not their. When I ask them they told me to wait for few time but upto departure they not gives my visa . Our flight was left. They request us to wait in Mumbai for VISA but it was not provided for two days. They told us to go back. After staying two days in Mumbai we come back to Nagpur by flight.
