I aunty has booked the package for his brother 25 wedding anniversary with all her late husband PF money. Now on the day on party his brother slipped and was hospitalized got hurt on back and got operated as well. Now he is not allowed to travel too far. We asked to refund as its huge amount and no in our familes can afford to go. My aunty wanted make his brother in law special used her savings. She is widow and thats her fard earned money we are requesting Kesari tour & travel to refund the money they already have deducted money due cancellation fine.. but they give spare money. See they all are senior citizens in the family. My aunt stays alone with mother-in law that money will help for her. Please helps us in this matter its been months and months now.       My mother in law, Mrs. Indira Kurada, was an old customer of Kesari Travels and had their account added to their online SBI account. She has transferred Rs 10000 to Kesari Travels by mistake. But Team kesari is not returning the amount even after repeated callas and emails.

        My parents booked europe tour and paid full amount in dec-2019, but due to covid it has been cancelled. But no updates post pandemic. No news on refund, no response to mail. Absolutely zero touch point with customer. First time my parents supposed to travel through Kesari Travel, but it was unexpected. My parents are senior citizens and don't want to travel in future also out of India. And money they paid is their retirement fund.

          We are booked on a tour to japan with kesari travels starting on april 1st 2020.
          It is an all women tour and we - aruna narayan & jaya reddy - are both senior citizens.
          As per the government advisory to avoid non essential travel to international destinations because of the danger caused by the coronovirus pandemic.
          We do not wish to travel putting ourselves and the country in high risk.
          Kesari insists that they are going ahead with the tour and it is completely safe.
          They are insensitive to our plight and the government advisory and refuse to refund the sum paid for the tour.
          This is causing a lot of emotional distress to us and our families.
          Inspite of repeated requests stating that we are senior citizens and are at high risk due to coronovirus, they are refusing to co - operate.
          This is very unprofessional and irresponsible behaviour from kesari.
          Our complaint is that we are not refusing to travel but we cannot travel at such high risk of being infected by coronovirus especially to japan which is at level 2 in the danger zone of coronovirus pandemic by cdc and who.
          Please refund our money if not as a ethical action, at least on humanitarian grounds.

          We have booked a tour with Kesari to Japan.
          It is an all women tour .
          Right now due to travel restrictions and advisory by the government to avoid non essential travel it is not possible to for us senior citizens to travel.
          Kesari insists that they are going ahead with the tour and if we do not want to go then we forfeit our money .
          They are refusing to refund the sum paid for the tour .

            I have booked tour with kesari travels starting from 20.05.2019. On 26th may, when we were traveling to chandigarh from manali., out vehicle was stoped at swarghat by rto officials. They verified documents of our bus no. Surprisingly it' is found that bius operator has not paid tax. Rto officer insisted on paying fine of rs
            50000 immediately. Bus driver showed helplessness to pay such a big amount. Due to mismanagement on behalf of kesari, we have suffered lot of inconvenience. It was duty of kesari to check vehicle documents before hiring vehicles. We have to wait for 3 to 4 hours before matter was resolved. As we have suffered harrassment due to mismanagement of kesari, we demand to compensate us by refunding at least 50% charges we have paid.

              I thought, i am the only person who is facing the issue but it looks like it is common practice at kesari.

              I booked the tour as a gift for my parents who are senior citizens. This is was their first trip ever with any tour company.in june 2016 for a tour dates in 2017.

              Due to death in family, my parents called kesari office and cancelled the tour. Since then, we are trying to figure out what is the refund amount and how can we get it back. I live out of country. My parents live in a village. I requested my brother to visit dombivli office and manager there litereally uses blackmail tactics and gives ridiculous answers without any statement. I called mahim office and they said everything will be settled but when i call my brother he says they kept saying there is balance of rs. 35, 000 if we book another trip with us. But if you want refund you can get only rs. 9, 000 back.

              Kesari should be giving us interest on money they are holding and also compesation for mental trauma they have cuased to my parents.

              Instead of false advertising on soap operas, it will be nice if they can really take care of their customers.

                19 jan 2016, we made bookings for our Dubai tour scheduled on 26th to 29th through Kesari travels 99, Guru Ramdas Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi - 110092

                They provided vouchers against what they had promised. After my complaint regarding the same they suddenly stopped replying. Since i have paid a huge amount of 52600 to them i tried calling them for any updates but all my calls went unattended. Sometimes when they attended they said they will confirm the status in 5 minutes but never called back.
                On Feb 10 they replied saying everything is done at our end Will send you the details very soon. You just not to worry everything is done as committed.
                But since they were not providing what they committed so they them-self suggested cancellation as they were not able to provide me the transportation i asked for. I then decided as per their suggestion to cancel the deal and sent a mail regarding the same on Feb 11. After that when i asked for complete refund they denied saying they have not suggested the cancellation and will not provide any refund.
                After that i am mailing them continuously but they are not responding at all and I still didn't get a single penny as refund from them. Its already 2 months passed. Email conversations are too big to attach here.

                We had verified the same with team. But you had put the cancellation with our operation team. Where you clearly mention that, you want to cancel this tour. All the company having certain policy. Where your booking came in cancellation policy. How this company done wrong with you.

                In regards to this email and complaint, we feels that this is an very bad image created in market for us.

                We never denied for his refund which is genuine and ethical. We are not denied about receved the amount of 52605/ INR

                Apart Mr Devendra sent an some boys in our office for threating us prior one mobth back. We gave same answer to him.

                We also wants to raise an complaint against him in Distt. Court and show the all proof which we had regarding refund. Whatever Respected court give the decision we will accept the same & deposit the amount in court. We will pay the suggeted amount in Court for not happent his thing again throw Mr. Devendra Varma.

                I deny all the allegations made in your email response to ICF. I reserve my right to take steps in the appropriate legal forum and it is not accounted as threatening.

                Thanks for the reply, finally I got someone responsible in the company.
                I am glad that you have seen those emails in detail strictly and must have noticed how much irresponsibly and negligently my trip was handled by Arjun Singh and Vikas Singh and made my dream vacation miserably painful.

                I was always aware of your cancellation policy, that's why I didn't cancel it of my own earlier, but on[protected] when Vikas told me that they can't provide as committed and gave me option to cancel the trip, my first question was about full refund and he said yes I will get my full amount refunded. (I told him that Arjun Singh committed me to provide as discussed but he said, no) otherwise, I would have never cancelled the trip, I would have traveled on that booking and took taxi personally at Dubai.

                let me explain you:-
                I was dealing with three guys:-
                1) Arjun Singh:- He customized my itinerary and I paid for customization, I deposited full amount and he never responded any phone call or email back for next 3 weeks.
                He committed me my hotel confirmation by[protected], which I got on[protected]two weeks late, hotel confirmation was necessary for Visa application). and he was not attending any call or replying any email or WhatsApp during these two weeks time.
                He committed to providing all vouchers on[protected], and I received it on[protected], that too completely messed up and was not as committed by him. and when I called and sent the email about it he didn't reply for next 7 days. even after 7 days, he gave me email confirmation but not correct vouchers. till[protected] he was just giving me fake commitments instead of vouchers or any time bound commitment to providing vouchers.

                2) Sumit Sharma:- He sent me messed up vouchers that were never discussed, and he was never accepting that these vouchers are wrong.. and always trying to prove everything done is as discussed. he had no idea what's going on in the company and I asked him to provide me the details of the owner or some higher authority to discuss but he never provided.

                3) Vikas Singh:- He attended calls and never took my itinerary seriously and he is the one who told me that they can't fulfill commitments and I can cancel my booking and they will return full refund. and I told him to confirm the same by email in 30 min but he didn't and then I sent him an email for confirmation and called him too for the same 3-4 times he always said to do it in 30 min.. but never did...
                My email for cancellation with full refund was exactly as discussed with Vikas Singh and If it was not going to happen he should have reply back which he never did for next 4 days instead of my call and email reminders too and cancelled the booking per policy without my consent.

                My email was for confirmation of telephonic discussion with Vikas and not for cancellation and can't be considered as the basis for cancellation per policy.
                I was provided only verbal and email commitments all the time (Arjun / Vikas but not the committed vouchers. If they would have provided me all everything as committed then this whole situation could have been avoided.

                let me know your elaborated feedback and evidence proof for cancellation per policy.

                If you still feel my demand is unethical then please provide a proper response with the pointwise justification of above queries and also a refund amount that you feel is ethical.

                DAY 27TH FEB Desert Safari (shared transfer instead of Private car basis).
                DAY 28TH FEB HALF DAY CITY TOURS (Shared transfer basis instead of Private car basis)
                DAY 28TH FEB DHOW CRUISE DINNER (Shared transfer basis instead of Private car basis)
                DAY 29TH FEB ABUDHABI FERRARI WORLD TOUR (Shared transfer basis instead of Private car basis)
                DAY 29TH FEB Arrive Dubai ( Hotel to Airport transfer Private Car basis).

                ** There is no time for Burj Khalifa and other attractions as committed in the itinerary and also there was chance of missing our flight as the transfer was on a shared basis for ABUDHABI. and they exhausting my 29th fab too that I want to keep for my personal place visit (that was the only reason I need a personal car and I need agent else everything else was available online too and I could have done bookings myself)
