Kesineni Travels — Bus cancellation

Hi i got a call from kesineni travels that they have cancelled the bus in my i am planning to travel on 23rd jan 2017 from hyderabad to pune from paradise at 10:20 pm. They said that they will refund my amount for which they will send the otp on 24th jan 2017 and mobikwik will refund full amount based on that otp. When i asked for a confirmation message for bus cancellation, they said they will send it to me in 30 mins but till now i have received any message from kesineni travels. I am trying to reach both kesineni travel and mobikwik since last 5 hours but no one is picking up the call. Could you please confirm whether the bus in which i am planning to travel is cancelled by kesineni travels or not asap appreciate your quick response. Regards pavan kumar [protected]
