I have ordered for 3 shirts at kevshop online shop on 24th february with a confirmation it will be delivered within 14 days but still now not received. I tried to contact them through mail but there was no reply from them. Later checked online for contact numbers in google and got the mobile numbers i have not received the ordered [protected] and [protected]. Contacted he asked me for my card details to deposit the money. I got alarmed and i said him put me in my account. He is not ready to do so. After a day again he called and asked me whether i made consumer complaint i said yes. Today he made call through number [protected] mobile and said he is calling from consumer complaints and said he is arranging for. Money deposit immediately. I by mistake given my card number and validity period but he asked a tricky question saying add some numbers with my cvv and provide the number. I was alarmed and not to become a victim i cut my call.
Please sir whom ever reading this should take an action against this kind of online frauds. Please help in this regards Was this information helpful? |
